I always thought that such reviews are written by people who are dissatisfied with their lives in the first place !!! ! But this is not so, all the reviews are true ! ! ! ! The staff is terrible, they are aggressive and can really hurt you for your claims !! ! in the room we had +15, which is the maximum, it's warmer outside, we were moved, we paid money for this and slept in jackets and socks !! ! I didn’t wash there for 2 days, the hot water didn’t work!! ! The balconies don’t close, there’s no light in the rooms, the windows in the hotels are broken, there are no hoods and air conditioners!! ! I thought that upon arrival I would be in a hospital in a mental hospital! ! ! There are 2 checkpoints before entering the hotel, so you can only take a taxi at the hotel for 25 USD. And you will have to go to the city for food! !! In front of my eyes, people went crazy there!! ! And after leaving, they made scandals, because they used to be afraid that they wouldn’t leave normally!! ! We lost warm clothes, find it like this and they didn’t even try, but I thought that the receptionist would beat me for another question about where my clothes were !!!
And now about Pegasus! ! It's terrible!! ! This is a terrible tour operator with their minibuses, where suitcases are thrown through the window, I did it myself as a girl!! ! Our guides from Pegasus Nurman and Lilya are something!! ! Lilya is a stoned person, and Nurman talked to everyone as if they were mentally ill, but I understand him, smelling this smell at the reception all day long is hard for health !! ! They treated tourists brazenly there, including animators !! ! They work in this bumzhatnek and hate themselves !!

I thought that I felt bad, but not when I met a guy who lived there for the 13th day, I realized that I was still feeling good! ! He just didn’t eat for 2 days and didn’t wash himself! ! People were sitting there for a day without electricity ! ! ! To have a normal rest there, you need to be born in the mountains in the wild, and then there will still be problems with food!! ! ! I experienced something that I wouldn't wish on my enemy!! ! And all the vacationers were of the same opinion!!!
