Good afternoon everyone! We returned from Egypt a week ago, rested from 10.01 - 20.01. 2011. I must say right away that this vacation is the best price / quality ratio in the history of our travels. We all liked it very much. In our opinion with my husband (and there is something to compare with) this is a solid good 4. And now, in order. We bought the tour on 01/03/2011 in the midst of the holidays and BEFORE the announcement of the Egyptian government about the closure of the beaches in Sharm El Sheikh. After 3 days, this tour fell in price by 5.000 rubles, the beaches were also closed, and after the purchase, we read a bunch of unflattering reviews on the Internet and that it was in this hotel that one of the shark attacks on our tourists took place. This is me to the fact that the mood for the trip was somehow not very good, they thought, damn it, they hit it again (in September they had a very unsuccessful rest in Turkey).
BUT!! ! we were wrong, we had a great vacation. Settled immediately, the room was given a very good, large, spacious, with a large balcony and a gorgeous view of the sea. The room is normal, everything works, nothing falls off, although the rooms are not new. We were fully satisfied with the room. Yes, there were a couple of times problems with hot water, but this is a mere trifle, because. the water was not icy or even cold, but at room temperature, so you can take a shower anyway.
As for the food and the all-inclusive system in this hotel, then it works more or less well and not until 22 or 24 hours like in most Egyptian hotels, but in my opinion around the clock (well, or until 2 am), definitely not I know we went to bed much earlier. The food does not shine with a variety of dishes and dishes, but no one will remain hungry, every day there is meat to choose from, fish, several side dishes, there are always vegetables and fruits (bananas, melons, apples, oranges). For a 4 *, the food is normal, you don’t have to compare it simply with five-star hotels, everyone has been there and everyone knows that, of course, they feed better there. Grilled crabs were given 3 times during our stay, which my husband was incredibly happy about. Bartenders make wonderful beautiful cocktails for every taste. We really liked the Neptune bar on the 2nd floor, I recommend that the bartenders are just darlings, they meet you warmly without rudeness and impudence, which, unfortunately, we often meet on vacation in Turkey and Egypt. Every time we sat there, we left a tip, so then we were greeted as VIPs, nice...

As for the service, I was pleasantly surprised, the territory is constantly looked after, you get up early in the morning, they already water something, mow it, clean it. In the restaurant, the service also pleased, there has never been such a thing that there were dirty tables - people had dinner, left, the tablecloth is immediately changed and the table is served (who thinks that it doesn’t happen differently, read my review about holidays in Turkey in a 5 * hotel : -)))). In general, the staff is friendly, smiling and we were not noticed in rudeness.
The beach....the beach is wonderful, with white sand, with neatly arranged sunbeds, pretty clean. There is also a snack bar on the beach, but we didn't use it. The only negative is that swimming is prohibited, you can go into the water, you can take a dip, maybe even swim a couple of meters, that's all. You can swim only in a small paddling pool, fenced with a net. By the way, we saw sharks, 2 days in a row at the same time, the fins walked along the reef, apparently in search of new victims, the whole beach ran to look at this flock of fins sticking out of the water, the Arabs shouted that these were barracudas, but something was not very it looks like a barracuda, and after several conversations with locals and hotel workers, they realized that sharks are still found there. To the right of the hotel is the president's residence, there are cameras, and so they fixed the sharks, after there were attacks and after they announced that they had caught several sharks. So it’s better not to take risks and not climb behind the buoys, otherwise there were troublemakers who, after taking a certain amount of alcohol for courage, rushed to swim to the reef behind the buoys.
If you really want to swim, then there is a free transfer to the beach of the Dessole Sety Sharm hotel, you leave at 10 and return at 16:00. By the way, for the brave and brave, there is a wild beach and a reef where you can still see the fish, but tourists are responsible for themselves there. You can also go to the Old Town for souvenirs, because. this hotel is across the street from it.
The territory is small, but cozy, compact and green, there is a swimming pool, but the big minus of the hotel is that it is not heated. And in winter, this is very important. As for the territory, it is nice that you can use the infrastructure of the nearby Dessole Nesco Joys hotel. If you are bored in Nesco Waves, then Joyce is more fun, animation works there, there is a heated pool with a water park. There is also a disco where evening shows and a disco are held. To be honest, Joyce is reminiscent of a pioneer camp, a lot of young people, people are having fun, rocking. Therefore, we did not regret a bit that we chose Nesco Waves (at the time of purchase they were at the same price and we hesitated for a long time which hotel to choose). We did this - before lunch we were on the beach, after - we went to Joyce to the pool, at 16 o'clock we returned back. Waves is quieter and more comfortable, I liked it more. Mini-buses for 7 people run between the hotels, but this is more for the sake of entertainment, because. walk 3 minutes, no more.

I was also pleased with Pegasus, on the eve of the old New Year, a call came in from the reception from the guides, we were offered 2 days at the expense of Pegasus, we had time and naturally agreed, so our vacation increased by another 2 days, nice however ! ! !
To sum up: the rest was a 100% success, only positive emotions, I liked the hotel, the price / quality ratio is just great.
