To begin with, we have been to Egypt many times and there is something to compare. We never expect special miracles from hotels and always treat with understanding the difficulties in the tourism business of this country in this period! Consciously we go there again and again in anticipation of a meeting with the beautiful sea and local flavor.
And this time, the hotel Coral beach resort tigan4 *, after reading the reviews, weighing all the pros and cons, decided to take a chance!
We arrived in the evening, immediately settled in, they didn’t offer us dinner, but after we asked about it, they fed us with a meager slice of sausage and cheese, we couldn’t get tea or coffee, because !!!! ! from 23-00 in the bar everything is free!
The room is renovated, new curtains and curtains, plasma TV, bedding, furniture, plumbing are old. the shower in the room shocked me, because from a poorly pouring watering can you can only wash the upper part of the body, it is problematic to wash the lower part of the body, because
the shower cubicle itself is 1 m x 1 m and there is simply no way to bend over in it, if you open the cubicle door, then all the water flows out! Of course, they didn’t go dirty, but the conveniences are still THAT! Towels were changed if thrown on the floor, soap, gels, paper left as they were used.
The big problem was the water from the taps, it was the color of cola for the first 10 minutes and the lining of the swimsuits was covered with rusty spots when washed! Alas, the bed was not changed for 11 nights! Water 1'5 l left properly! We had two rooms for two families, in one the air conditioner did not work, after contacting the reception they fixed it with lightning speed, which pleasantly surprised us! The air conditioners worked quietly and well.
The territory of the hotel is very, very poorly landscaped, there are simply no cozy corners and photo zones familiar to all, you need to try sooooo hard to take a photo for memory with beautiful flowering bushes or unusual views!
And in general there was a feeling of some kind of discomfort from the hotel! The territory is large enough, but absolutely stupid and I would say not beautiful!
There are three pools, their condition leaves much to be desired, they seem to be pouring something for disinfection, but the bottom and walls are not cleaned! Showers with fresh water by the pools practically do not work. There are very few umbrellas and it is very problematic to take a place in the shade by the pool!
Beach! another story too! It’s not close to the beach, but it’s still so and so from the hill down the slopes and steps, but going up to the reception is just painful and tiring! Later they found a road where hotel cars drive along it and walked, it's a little easier! As for me, the beach is very far away and not a single bush, not a single tree and shade, just in the sun! The beach itself is medium in size, there are enough umbrellas and they are large, give good shade. But the beds are just awful! only %30 are intact, probably, everything is broken, mattresses...

There is an abandoned beach nearby, if the tide is low, then you can take at least some photos there!
