Were guests of Coral Beach Monrazah from August 19 to 29.2021. 2+1 (child 8 years old). In Egypt for the 6th time.

Despite the fact that we bought the cheapest room and agreed to the most modest conditions (we were not going to sit in the room), without any requests, surcharges and extortion, he settled us in a room on the first line with a frontal view of the sea in the very center of two hotels. It was convenient to go to the restaurant, and to the sea, and to the lobby bar))). The room is clean, everything worked: safe, air conditioning, refrigerator; a set of shampoo / gel / soap, plasma with Ukrainian and Russian channels. Cleaning was done daily. I was surprised by the reviews where they wrote that they DO NOT CLEAN. Thanks to the cleaner for the cleanliness.
I want to note a very pleasant and polite guide from Tez Tour. I give a standing ovation for how he professionally dealt with the scandalous family, which, not yet crossed the threshold, immediately began to demand to change the hotel. At the meeting, he first told the key points on departure and departure, and then about the excursions. We quietly got up and asked permission to leave, because we did not plan excursions.

Thanks to the beach worker Mustafa, who gave out towels, kept the beach clean. Glasses, straws and other rubbish were immediately removed. Thanks to the bartender on the beach named Sammy for the most delicious cocktails and always a good and friendly attitude. It was very nice to come to the beach every morning, where you are greeted with sincere smiles and wishes. By the way, alcohol is not diluted, locally produced drinks from bottles with excise taxes.
For 10 days, the beach workers have not been replaced by anyone - I conclude that they work daily in the heat without days off.

The hotel has active animation, disco music plays on the beach, which added to the festive mood.

Thanks to the chefs of the restaurant. People were released quickly. Always with a smile and a joke, they served food as much as you asked, I had to stop so that there was not too much. I want to note the competent combination of the buffet and the issuance of hot dishes by the cooks. I organically do not accept any kind of queue, so I really liked that while there were a lot of people for a hot drink, I took drinks, dessert, vegetables, salads and in the meantime looked when the queue was resolved. And a life hack is to come in an hour, when all the impatient ones are full, then it’s generally free, the chefs catch your eye - all of a sudden you ask for something))) Waiters quickly remove the plates from the tables and prepare a table for new guests.
It has never been such that there was nowhere to sit or not enough utensils or appliances.


I won’t even write about the reef - it’s just a living aquarium, our beloved Ras Nasrani is beyond praise!

Why do I thank you so much, you ask? Because our rest and comfort are made by people who are glad to see you, sincerely want to help, always smile. You don’t pay attention to it and don’t appreciate it exactly until the moment you lose it. I compare the attitude and comfort of Coral Beach Monrazah with the hotel we were in last year (I will not say the name), the average price category, and with a high rating and good reviews, where they saved on drinking water in the desert in August, I generally keep quiet about the rest .

And finally, my recommendations to the hotel administration are to re-tile and update the coating near the large pool, immediately there will be a completely different look, increase the number of cleaning workers and more greenery.
And it will not be a hotel, but a candy!
I give the hotel 10 out of 10 for the price-quality ratio.
