The sea is good. The reefs are beautiful. Although the pontoon is not comfortable, it staggers, and there is only one descent into the sea, but there are a lot of people. There were no strong currents or waves.
The hotel is dirty! Dirty upholstered furniture at the reception and in the dining room, there was always not enough dishes in the dining room, the walls are stained everywhere, everything is shabby and has an untidy appearance. They didn’t want to give a standard number without money (I didn’t apply for the first line). The room was spacious, they made one from two beds, which was not very comfortable, the beds were very soft and washed out in the middle, the TV worked, the air conditioner broke down, usually stopped cooling by morning.
The slides in the Plaza are not very good, the speed is low, the water pressure is bad, traumatic.

In the main restaurant there are eternal queues, for scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruit, in the bar to take drinks, in order to sit down to eat, you need to always stand in some lines that almost do not move to take food. There are not enough places, it’s not realistic to sit down at the table after someone, the tables are not wiped, the dishes are not cleaned, you need to find a person and ask them to clean and set the table. Also on the beach there are constant queues for food and drinks. In the Italian restaurant, they waited 40 or 50 minutes for pizza, they didn’t wait for the pasta - they left.
There are a lot of Russians in the hotel. Draw your own conclusion.
