The location is quite convenient. Beautiful nature. No wind unlike Hurghada. But the hotel does not pull on any 5 stars. There is something to compare, so I would put a maximum of three.
The hotel is huge. 7 levels, and those who live on the last 7m get to the beach for a good 10 minutes. I didn’t like the upper pool - they don’t clean the leaves during the day, there is dirt at the bottom. The lower pool is tolerable, but both pools have a max depth of 1.65. You don't dive. Didn't like the beach. Sun loungers on top of each other, access to the sea only from the 1st pantone, where there are only 2 descents and there is always a queue. Due to the size of the hotel there are queues everywhere.
The underwater world is perhaps the only thing that is at the highest level here. There really is something to see. A coral line stretches along the entire coast. The mask must be taken with you.

Didn't like the service. Prior to that, I rested in the French network in Hurghada, the difference is very noticeable. Here the Arabs are not trained at all. At the bar, one drink can be poured leisurely for 10 minutes. The restaurant is not cleaned. We saw how they wash the dishes. Better not to see. . .
Nutrition. It was a disaster. I am not a special gourmet, but I could not eat unleavened pasta, undercooked potatoes and oak beef. There were practically no edible salads, fresh fruits too, instead of the prescribed 3-4 types of meat, there were 2 at most, there were no oriental sweets and... hibiscus! Drinks were limited to water and beer. Everything else - powdered wines and juices and local alcohol, which causes terrible heartburn, was not to be drunk. As for the food, I am absolutely not exaggerating, everyone complained, including those guys for whom this was the first trip abroad.
The rooms are nothing to complain about. Large, everything works, they clean normally (they didn’t leave any money, because they don’t make animals in this hotel). One thing is bad - the air conditioner only works on the card from the room, i. e. if there is only one card, you have to take it with you and the room heats up quickly. You need to settle up to the 3rd level (numbers 1ХХХ - 3ХХХ), otherwise the road to the beach will be tiring.
Entertainment. Another disaster. Animation was seen only on the 4th day. A Belarusian boy and an Italian girl had a 40-minute water aerobics session in the pool. On this animation ended and we did not see other representatives. We took the Comedy club with us, so we didn’t go to local discos. But other tourists say that there is nothing to do there. There is a kids club, but I have never seen a single child there. There are no dances, aerobics, sporting events.
The contingent of vacationers - at the time when we were, it was 95% of Russians and Ukrainians. I was struck by the complete absence of children. Mostly couples and older people.
For business people, I note that the hotel has a fairly good conference room (capacity 150 people), in which there were even about 8 microphones. There is a small stage, a tribune, a simultaneous translation system.

General impressions: as for a trip as part of a corporate trip, it will do, but I didn’t go to this hotel at my own expense.
