After reading not very good reviews from AnexTour and about the hotel, I was a little worried, but it turned out that the experiences were absolutely in vain. During the entire trip to Aneks there were no complaints, and the guide Elena could always be found. Upon arrival, Elena met us and told us everything about the hotel. We also took excursions from Anekstur, and were also completely satisfied. There were no delays in departures, the only thing that AneksTour now uses the Polish airlines Wizz air, they have one drawback - there are no seats - whoever had time sat down))))

Regarding the hotel:
Check-in - When checking into a hotel, no one demanded an additional payment for rooms, those rooms that come with a ticket are standard and are located further from the sea - at the reception there is a price list with surcharges for deluxe rooms, with sea views, etc. We had rooms the most distant, farther from the sea, but closer to restaurants, a large pool with a bar and evening animation.

Regarding the different colors of the bracelets - this is not done in order to serve someone worse, but someone better, but so that the staff can immediately communicate with you normally in your language !!
Food - EXCELLENT and VARIOUS - overeat - there were always fruits (melons, watermelons, apricots, peaches, plums, oranges, grapefruits, dates) - do not believe the bad reviews! I myself heard at the airport on departure from Sharm how one tourist complained to others that there were few fruits in the Continental and watermelon was given only 2 pieces per person. For some reason, they gave us 3 and 6 pieces each, and as many times as you want - as much as you like))). So after what I heard at the airport, I will not really trust the reviews!
As for drinks, I advise you to try cocktails - cool!! ! Of the alcoholic beverages, I did not like whiskey and wine, everything else can be safely drunk. Beer is poured from bottles - StellaArtois and Sakara. Most of all I liked rum))) and cocktails from it.
During our trip, one main Olive Tree restaurant was not open, but the Laguna restaurant was working instead. Visited twice a la carte Moroccan-Libyan and European restaurants. In Moroccan, there are two menus to choose from for free, which includes: the first (sooo delicious soups - Arabic and lentil), side dish, meat or fish, salad, and sweets. In Europe, you can order only in the amount of 100 pounds (this is $ 20), more will be paid - here I really liked the battered squid and fish))
Service-give a rating, too, 5 - cleaning, change of linen and towels took place every day. The service in the restaurant is also excellent - empty plates are immediately removed, they help to convey everything typed with "raking hands")))
The hotel grounds are very beautiful - especially at sunset! Two large working pools.

Animation is standard as in all hotels, but I can say that none of the animators particularly bothered, no one whistled in the ears (as I read in the reviews), no one pulled the arms and legs to take part in some competition, if I didn’t want to, then I just explained normally, and they didn’t touch me. ) Twice a week, the animators take them to a disco in the city, but we never got in, because during our stay at the hotel there were two expensive discos for 40 and 30 dollars.
The sea is just a fairy tale, the reef is awesome, the fish are beautiful. ))
The rooms are the only negative, but not big. The rooms are beautiful, but since the hotel has not been restored since the opening, the rooms are no longer 5 stars. But in general, not bad. I was quite satisfied.
I guess I'll end here, if anyone has questions, write, I'll tell you))
