We were very happy when we left and saw crowds of visiting people knowing what awaits them....if there are a lot of people in a restaurant, then it is closed and you stand under the bars and wait until those who were lucky enough to seep in before eat... the food is the same type... on the third day you don’t want to eat anything (in my opinion, there’s nothing to feed children under five years old there at all)...
They wrote that the pontoon was broken... they thought they would fix it... no, they didn’t fix it and they don’t even think... there is another one in a nearby hotel... not so problematic...
THE MOST HORRIBLE THIS IS THE STAFF... he hardly understands Russian and does not know English at all, and at the same time they are rude and then they don’t pay attention at all no matter what you say....the level of staff is below average . . this is understandable for pennies they don’t want to work...

There is no cleaning in the rooms... only the beds are covered... so there is no point in leaving a tip... (((
