Ужасный отель Terrible hotel

We vacationed in May 2024 with our family. The hotel does not even correspond to 3*. We checked into a room, the room was large, but there were four of us. The room had one single bed and two single beds. When they were told they were told, that’s all they say. It’s good that there was not a big sofa, they connected it with bedside tables, so the child slept.
The room was cleaned so-so. The floors are dirty. The bathroom is not stocked with toiletries. Only liquid soap. They made the bed and put out water, three bottles. And there were four of us. The food is so-so. They gave me chicken, liver, beef, fish, and once lula kebab. There are practically no fruits. There was melon twice, oranges. When they were told where the fruit was, they shrugged. Instant coffee, powdered milk. The children were waiting for fries, but they didn’t see them in 9 days, and there was no ice cream either. We bought it for one dollar on the street. On the second day of rest, the bartender started pouring us half a glass of beer.
He says enough is enough))))) We started to get indignant and called the manager. Thank God the issue was resolved. The beach is private, they take you to it for free at 9:30 and at other times, the drive takes 20-30 minutes. The beach is so-so, those who visit Egypt for the first time will be disappointed. Everything on the beach is paid. But we found beautiful lagoons and an abandoned beach. I advise you to go there. As you leave the hotel, you need to cross the road and go right to the abandoned hotel, there turn left and down to the beach. But there are a lot of locals there in the evening, it is advisable to go with a man. It's better for some girls not to go. There is nothing to do at the hotel in the evening. Shows, dances, performances, nothing. The music just plays. Previously, we were in Egypt 9 times. In each hotel they entertained as best they could, all sorts of competitions, animation for children, etc. Not here. During lunch you can play darts and go down the slides. ALL. There is construction going on at the hotel, there is constant noise, dust, rattling, and drilling! BUT we closed our eyes to this, rested and enjoyed our vacation.

We decided that okay, we got to this hotel, everything can be learned by comparison - the main thing is the sun, the sea. In the evening, mosquitoes will bite, they are not poisoned here. All of their legs were bitten, with red dots. In other hotels, they smoke every evening, there are no mosquitoes. But this is the worst hotel we've been to. We met guys from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, it was fun together, but I don’t know what we would do. But a surprise awaited us on the day of departure. The room was vacated at 12:00, check-out from the hotel at 19:50. When lunch started, we went to the table as usual, the children had already helped themselves to food, when at that moment a guy from the reception followed me and said, “Get out, you’re not allowed!!! ” Come to the reception. I'm shocked, you mean it's impossible?? ? He says at 12:00 your time is over, everything is paid. I don’t even understand what’s going on, because this has never happened in other hotels. They always fed us and also gave us something to take with us. Then I decided to go pick up my bag and call the children, they ran after me in a crowd, yelling, come out.
The child put down a full plate of food and we went out into the hall. We sat in shock. Not even giving food to children is just cruel.
Then we went out to the pool, they brought buns to the bar (like a snack bar)))))) but there was nothing like that there) the child came up to take a bun, they didn’t give him one, they said the time was up. We left the hotel, turned left, walked for about 20-30 minutes, found McDonald's, and ate there. Overall, I'm shocked by this hotel. It’s good that it’s not the first time in Egypt, otherwise the impression of this country would have been so-so.
In general, whoever is going to this hotel, think carefully. So as not to ruin your vacation.
