Good day to all! I flew to the hotel DESSOLE PYRAMISA SAHL HASHEESH 5 * in October 2011 with my husband and a child of 6 years. I didn’t write a review right away, I decided to wait until the emotions subside and then the review would be more rational. And I really wanted to remember a lot of positive things! I warn you - brevity is not my sister!
in Pegasus I buy a ticket for 10/9. Departure was delayed from 12:00 to 19:00 - minus a day? ! We were supposed to leave the hotel on 23.10. 11 at 17:00. The day before, we were invited to the reception and offered to stay on the same conditions for one day and fly out on 24, but we were “running out” and decided to go home. As on alarm, on 23.10 we were raised at 3:15 prudently giving time for packing and for a non-stop tour (candy factory) at 6:00 we were at the airport and boarded the plane without delay at 7:15. As you can imagine, this meant another minus day. At the travel agency, they told me: “well, you pay for the nights” ? ! Night in Egypt! - funny... I’ll also note that I didn’t fly with a hot ticket, but for a full price (I even paid extra for a baby bed).

Accommodation. They were clearly not ready to go. The questionnaires were filled out, after reading the reviews, I asked to go to the 3rd building, it’s quieter there, they told me the numbers and... everything was gone. 20 minutes? ! we were waiting for all the arrivals to be taken to their rooms, the employee came and took those who were settled in the 1st and disappeared for 30 minutes. I went to the ladies room, when I came back, no one was there. My husband told me that he asked me to wait and the people who were nearby showed deep understanding and were ready to wait, but the worker assured me that he would immediately return for me. I did not know about this and went to look for my number myself. Well, at the same time I got acquainted with the territory. I found the number and found only a child: where is dad? He went looking for you! I felt funny at half past one in the morning.
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that this is not the first time I have been in the DESSOLE network, if this is the case, then they give a green bracelet. A number of advantages should be attached to it, unfortunately I did not manage to use them.
Number. Standard 2+1. Large bed and a full size children's room. Upset dirty bedding, and on the nursery in general - a gray, terrible layer of dust! The first night my son spent the night with us. The morning began with wiping the shelves in order to spread out things, because while we were on the beach, having breakfast and the meeting, we didn’t put things in order. room service: started and ended with mopping. All! There were cases that they hung a towel from the floor or spread it again wet? ! I left (for the sake of experiment) just under the teapot $ 1, I still didn’t wipe the dust. "Swans" did not indulge us. Replenishment of the mini bar and cleaning took place at different times, for me personally, this is not convenient. There were days when the room was not cleaned until the night. They didn't give me a blanket for the baby. On the 6th day, I stopped tipping. I continue about the room: greasy, dirty in some places, torn chairs. An additional door to the "neighbors" was also found, we "supported" it. The furniture is shabby, the door to the bath and the bottom of the bed are tattered. Based on my own experience, I did not change. San. knot, water from the shower poured over the wall, partly from a watering can. This was corrected for us on the 5th day (it could have been earlier, but the master stubbornly came during the children's sleep) Towels - that's where the horror, hard, you can peel off, washed out. On the second day, I already got used to it and asked for soft ones, it’s better to get wet with hard ones than to sit and scrape “cotton” fibers from the body!

Sea/Beach: Surprise. I digress: I read about this hotel in advance and specified: WHAT BOTTOM and sunset? Those people who answered me - please wipe your eyes or take off your shoes! I have never seen so many bloodied children's legs (entering the water for the first time)? ! We were no exception, Zelenka BF glue saved us, in subsequent times only in slippers and without much childish desire. On the same day, I went to look for slippers for myself. Special thanks to Marlena11 for the TRUE answer - there is a PLATE! ! Insidiously covered with fine sand. And there are corals and there are fish, I watched one for so long, I burned my back. For three days I smeared myself with panthenol and bathed in a T-shirt. Sunbeds, it didn't take long to find them. Towels are hard and washed out. Mattresses are torn. Peeled wooden sunbeds, many broken ones. There is a lot of rubbish in the sand.
Restaurants / food: Whoever says that he travels only for the sake of the sea, still a little prevaricate, still want to eat and have a bite to eat. There is only one restaurant on the beach. Hence the queue. Plastic cups of 0.2l. I'm not a drinker, but it annoyed me! glasses of 0.5l. only in this bar, the deafening aroma of fried fish, butter, potatoes did not attract me, I left with 4 glasses of 0.2l each. Ice cream was. Delicious. Queue.
Main restaurant. It was fully possible to have breakfast and dinner, lunch is problematic. To whom this is enough, there is an opportunity to save on ALL. I prefer to eat only from the grill. The children's table is of the same type, but the fact that it is separate and all the children are there in a round dance is a plus. Queues everywhere. While standing in line - everything is cold. I didn’t even take the child for lunch from the third day. Declared freshly squeezed juices only in the central restaurant from $2 to $7 depending on the fruit, I would like to note that those juices that they “squeezed out” in the morning and did not skimp until the evening, packaged only in certain bars, and for children at 0.2 l and only for dinner (guava and mango). Hello allergy sufferers! Sweets are all the same type of taste of nuts, coconut and chocolate. Fruits - melon, apples, dates. Service "super"! Left the plate for a minute for a coffee, went away, returned - there is nothing. Cleanliness and order and again - in line. It stressed me out! I liked to have a snack in the round-the-clock 3rd building. There are also A la Carte restaurants. As the owner of a green bracelet, I was allowed to eat at this hotel without signing up, but this bracelet was given only to me, and my husband and child were not considered necessary, so we signed up once in French, the men didn’t find anything for themselves there, they left, I tried duck in sauce and blue cheese salad. Cheesecake = bird's milk. My family avoided all the troubles and did not go hungry.
Even as the owner of a green bracelet, I was entitled to a 25% discount on spa treatments. Of course I asked the price, it doesn’t smell like such a discount - $ 5 maximum. I heard enough of "beauties" and did not risk it. Although the fish were very attractive and the only ones who did a good job.

Someone wrote to me that the Mega Hotel is good for children and it's true. Mini club is healthy. I really liked it there. The only thing is that I did not allow him to paint myself (I doubted the quality of the paint). And so they were pirates, and they painted the sheets, made bracelets from pasta, collected them, and made crafts from shells. Competitions. Evening animation, compared to other hotels, rather poor 30 min. sometimes due to adult animation, they could change the venue and not inform about it. During adult animation, children were seated at cartoons on the beach, both late and windy. Only the child was completely satisfied! Despite the cold pool and the lack of lunches. His mother took him a towel from Moscow. Everyone writes: mini zoo! A 5x5 mound is selected, on it back to back: a foal, three sheep, a camel, several ducks and one rooster. They are washed, but the smell is not modest. A camel walks along the beach for $10, for two $15. There are many stories about swimming pools. They didn't warm up. I met my field of slides with a towel and warm tea with milk, did not allow me to swim for more than 20 minutes, and still got sick on the 7th day? ! She caught him for the first days, then the fever came out. Didn't anyone meet me? In the first-aid kit, I had anything, but not acyclovir ?!
Animation for adults. The first thing we went to was a foam party. Without a dad. When the foam fell down, my child so boldly jumped there... and immediately jumped out, I didn’t dare, he was offended by me for this: it smells sharp, it’s wet and in the sand and the wind is cold... run to the room to wash / warm up! Not child's play. Evening animation I liked, except for one Red Party. And I also do not approve of the sale of vodka, burnt popcorn and cotton candy, T-shirts. The fire show was ruined by the wind, but they tried very hard and it was beautiful. I went to sports activities 2 times a day for aqua aerobics, it is not safe on this bottom. The electric scooter cost $50 an hour for one. We took $ 25 for two for 30 minutes. There are no discounts regardless of the bracelets. We didn’t like the rental bikes, creaky, broken-down - it’s better on foot along Sahl Hasheesh! Fountains visited. We found a couple of shops in neighboring hotels, where the sellers are “live” bargaining, but not intrusive. On the territory of PYRAMISA, the prices are exorbitant, the fact that the territory is closed turned out to be a minus. I wanted to take two tours. Both had to be abandoned. Too overpriced! Lots of complaints about disorganization. I myself attended all the evening parties, in the "amphitheater" sheared amazing grass - is it so nice to dance barefoot ? ! If there were evening “sports” competitions, I participated. My husband and I went three times to the hookah bar: the first time for "reconnaissance" the second time, with our own tobacco. It's quite comfortable there. In the evening with a flashlight along the shore. In general, m, I tried to bring joy to myself as much as possible. I wanted to kill the girl who sang in “karaoke” (and not me alone! ) A couple of times I saw how the microphone was taken away from her.
Here's what else I can't miss: it's the attitude towards children of just the staff. If somewhere a child is crying, he will definitely come up, make a face, take some kind of “figovinka” out of his pocket. He will promptly call a Russian speaker (if he does not speak it himself) will clarify for what reason the child is upset. Assistance in finding parents. Only now I couldn’t understand 90% of the Russians in the hotel, and the staff all the same “doesn’t squirt” in our opinion, BUT if a question arises, they will call someone who knows Russian and will solve your problem. For example, the husband lost his glasses on the BEACH, the way through the reception (there are two Russian-speaking girls to the right, who help solve many problems, for example, a broken shower) led to the "lost and found" office - the glasses were returned, but the search for stolen hygiene products and the husband's shirt from the ROOM, didn't get anywhere : (
I summarize: I met a family with whose daughter my child goes to the garden, they also flew together, on a hot ticket for 8/9 - 30.000, for this money you can close your eyes to everything ? ! and more than a week in DESSOLE PYRAMISA 5* only a child can live!
