We rested in this hotel for the first time, in Hurghada -3rd time. There is something to compare the rest with. As for 5 stars, I was stunned by the accommodation and service. Unfortunately, the hotel does not live up to its stars, many 4s are nicer and more beautiful. But first things first. They settled us in the building where the construction is going on, I don’t think that every vacationer is ready to walk on whitewash and breathe construction dust on vacation, then to the room where there is a terrible stink of dust in the bathroom (it’s not clear what they killed there). When the child began to vomit from these "aromas", we were moved to a room that was not even washed after the repair, things could not be pulled out of the suitcases for a long time. In the evening I didn’t even want to go back to my room, it felt like I was going to a construction site ....as for the beach, yes, I agree with previous reviews, it’s gorgeous, the sand is clean, the entrance is pleasant, children and adults can swim and sunbathe here very well.
The territory itself is very small, it is also under construction, the pools are a bit creepy, especially for the kids, the smell from the swamp, I would not risk dipping a child there. Food . . the question could be omitted, it is plus or minus the same in all of Hurghada, but ...you are 5 stars, bring one plate of rotten strawberries every 5 days and sell pieces of watermelon ...and even cut bracelets after eviction, although the transfer is very far away and thus charge people money for food, a shame for 5k. I have never seen this in any hotel. Do you feel sorry for the bowls of porridge and soup? As for animation, the guys are great in their place and earn their money 100%. Adult children are fascinated by dancing and games throughout the day!
