I never write reviews for hotels I have been to. Everywhere has its pros and cons, I understand and accept it. But this hotel deserves special "attention", so I'll take the time to write a review!
After reading the reviews we decided to stay at this hotel. It seems like 5 *, the description suited us, so we decided to go. The three of us rested.
The first thing / who meets us at the hotel is the reception. Smiling staff, who, as it turned out, does not understand either Russian or English normally, but always nods and smiles! We had a Premium room booked, however I asked if they could give us a room with 2 rooms, because we have a baby, a wedding anniversary, etc. Said I would pay. They nodded their heads in response to us, gave us the key and said "Kharoschiy rooms. Good room. Good! ".
We come to the room and... we freeze in shock... a small room with 2 beds and a view of... a construction site!

I return to the reception and demand to change the room, to which I receive an answer: there are no free rooms!
I take out their brains for an hour and, after that, I get a more or less normal room, however, one-room, but with a bed, a sofa and a view of the pool. At that moment, I regretted that I had not immediately booked a room with 2 rooms, however, after an hour I realized that I should not have done this!! ! People who flew with us and arrived at the same hotel booked a room with 2 rooms, but got a 1-room apartment for 4 people. And with 2 small beds! Here's how to sleep a husband, wife, their daughter (20 years old) and son (13 years old)???
Okay, let's continue. . .
Nutrition:
I'm not picky about food, but there was no variety at all. In the morning, uncooked scrambled eggs, vegetable salad, fruits, from which you can eat melon and occasionally dates, as they were also fermented, and disgusting coffee from the machine. What was not eaten for breakfast was crumbled into salads for lunch. I understood this by the fact that one day in the morning there were stale cucumbers that no one took, and then I found the same cucumbers in the salad (apparently the mayonnaise was supposed to hide the smell). Some of the vacationers were poisoned by dates. Alcohol in Egypt is a separate issue, but it seemed to me that the moonshine in the hotel was very vigorous. So we only drank beer at the bar. Speaking of beer: one day they just told me that it was over. At the bar! On the beach! Happy! Beer was poured into plastic glasses and when I asked for 4 glasses at once, they told me that 4 glasses were "not allowed" in one hand.
It should be noted that in the evenings there was a choice of meat and fish. Therefore, most nutrition issues are mainly for breakfast and lunch. Rice was also cooked tasteless, so they ate, basically, only potatoes.
Housekeeping:

It seems like they removed it, but every time it was trash. After cleaning, we found black hair everywhere in the room, although none of us have black hair. We were ALWAYS given only 2 towels for 3 of us. One day we returned from the beach and did not find a garbage bag in the bin in the toilet. Hmm. . . I'll have to throw paper down the toilet. . . but then I realized why they didn't put the bag in - because they didn't put toilet paper in either. I had to run around the hotel looking for room-service in order to take paper and a towel. Sometimes they did not put a towel for the feet. Also, we did not add water, coffee, cream and sugar to the minibar. Every time I had to go to them and take what was missing. Tipping for cleaning the room did not affect the quality in any way, the result was always the same.
Also in the room was pleased with the function of the "door peephole". Of course, we are used to the fact that with the help of a peephole we can see from the inside who is behind the door. But, since there was an advanced system, it also worked in the opposite direction: that is, from the corridor you could easily see what was happening in the room.
Regarding the cleanliness in the hotel itself (corridors, beach, pool, hotel territory), I will also say that it is dirty everywhere! There are plastic glasses in the pool, cigarette butts are lying around in the corridors, which were not removed during the whole week while we were resting, they probably did too))), on the beach srach, though on the beach they often went to collect garbage from bins, but they didn’t bother to clean the beach itself, they crawled over the sand with some kind of pipe, but this was only to level it, it did not carry any cleansing purpose.
Main restaurant:

I want to describe the situation separately: they came, sat down at a free table and... I immediately stuck to the chair. Because it had jam on it. The table is also sticky and dirty. They cleaned the tables like this: they swept away the garbage with a dry (! ) napkin and simply “wiped it”. Awesome cleaning and this during a pandemic, when you need to pay special attention to disinfection. There were many locals during our stay. Their behavior in the dining room was often disgusting. Example: 5-10 vacationers came, occupied 2 tables, gathered a bunch of food, put a small child in shoes on the table and just stuffed pasta into his mouth with his hands, naturally, something falls out on the table and on the floor, but others children don't get lost, pick it up and eat it. Just beautiful! The dirt was regardless of the time of the meal, even coming to 7 am for breakfast - dirty and sticky chairs and tables. Salt and spoons were in separate demand, which you will not find during the day with fire, you had to go through a difficult quest in order to get what you wanted.
As with most hotels, bare-chested and swimwear are not allowed in the restaurant. A Ukrainian boy with his grandmother, who came to the restaurant, was reminded of this and sent them to put on a T-shirt. But after 5 minutes a crowd of Arab children came barefoot, in swimming trunks and bathing suits - no one said a word to them. Discrimination?
Beach:
The beds are old and tired. The paint has peeled off the metal frames, the mattresses are 3 times less than the sunbeds. The hotel says that the sandy entrance to the sea. This is true only at high tide and only a couple of meters. Next come the rocks, which are covered with silt, so you have a chance to break your legs once or twice. At low tide, entry into the sea is very difficult without shoes (corals). There is no pontoon - it is flooded. But there are a lot of fish near it (you need to swim there to see). It is also worth considering that at low tide, sea urchins hide in the stones next to you and from 5 pm stingrays begin to swim to the shore.
A la carte restaurants:
The Mexican restaurant had delicious food, we liked everything and, as it turned out, we were lucky because we came first. The people who came later waited for the order for more than an hour. But in the Italian restaurant a surprise awaited us: we came, saw only 2 occupied tables and some crowd (15 people) near the restaurant, we went to the counter, called the room number and... it turned out that we were not recorded. As well as those 15 people that were waiting near the restaurant. They just didn't let us in! Went for the manager at the reception, brought him to the restaurant. He argued for a very long time with the restaurant manager using the phrases "Fu. . k you! " and, only after 45 minutes we were seated at the table. The food was so-so, nothing special.
Animation:

I can’t say anything bad or good, because I entertained myself. A couple of times they took the child to the mini disco. We didn’t see anything new, everything was standard, the only thing that can be noted was that competitions were held at the end of the disco and the winners were given some pictures, probably for coloring. The kids club was closed during our stay.
Aquapark:
If you did not have time to take a sunbed in the morning, then later it will be impossible. Crowds of Arabs splash around there all the time the pool and slides are open, while occupying 4-5 sunbeds, on which only things lie or one woman rests. During our vacation, one slide, the most interesting, was closed. As for the rest of the slides, I can say that our 6-year-old daughter rode calmly, there is nothing supernatural, but for a change you can go a couple of times. There are also slides for toddlers and older children, which are located separately. The water park is great for older kids. Also, the child liked the pool with an artificial current.
General impression:
If you are standing, talking with someone from the staff and an Arab comes up, they immediately forget about you and run to fulfill his request. If the staff does not understand you, they just nod their head and smile, instead of asking to explain what I said in some other way. Or they just ignore you. To be honest, not all the staff, but 99%. There was a bartender at the bar in the lobby who was always helpful and helpful. But most just ignore you and show that you are disgusting to them.
Also, on the way from the hotel to the airport, the guide with a joyful face asked: "did you like the hotel? ". To which everyone on the bus unanimously replied: "NO!!! "
Output:
If you are not an Arab, then you should not visit this hotel! People who have been in it have repeatedly said that it used to be a great hotel, but after the owner changed here, the hotel became just terrible. At the moment the hotel does not correspond to its 5 *. Wrote a review to warn other Slavs from visiting this place.
