In Hurghada for the 4th time, I will write briefly about the advantages and disadvantages of the hotel.
Advantages:
1) the sea. Very warm, clean, sandy entrance, a lot of corals with fish, starting from the depth of an adult to the waist.
Disadvantages:
1) disgusting food - raw pasta and potatoes, burnt or dry meat, very few baked goods, absolutely green dates, etc. ;

2) service - despite the many free tables in the restaurant, the staff at the entrance forms a huge queue, letting one family through and indicating exactly where to sit; if you want a tablecloth on the street for dinner, it won’t work: at best, take the fabric klaptik yourself, lay out the cutlery yourself, run around in search of salt, pepper and ketchup. By the time you collect everything, the food will cool down. Eternal line for plates. If there is soup on the street, there may not be spoons nearby and you need to go inside to get them. If the bar runs out of, for example, mango juice, no one is in a hurry to go get it and replenish the stock, they just say: finish. And many many others.
3) beach - old wooden sun loungers, broken through one. The beach towels look like discarded floorcloths from other hotels.
4) the territory is large, but the carpet on the bridges has huge frayed holes, in the toilets on the territory all the hooks intended for hanging bags on them are broken off, toilet paper holders are torn out with roots.
5) the pools are VERY cold. In a 5 * hotel, only one children's pool is heated, which does not even have slides. Therefore, there is no one near the pools, everyone is on the beach.
6) dishes - drinks are poured into DISPOSABLE cups!! ! There are very few normal plastic glasses, there are almost no glassware at all.
7) communications - coming from the beach, you may find that there is no water (at all!!! ) or light.
8) rooms - the furniture is old, falling apart before our eyes, something breaks all the time and needs repair. The rooms do not contain information about the opening hours of bars and restaurants, reception phone numbers, etc.
8) the toilet near the main restaurant - smells like a public toilet in the market.
In general, the hotel looks like it has been functioning for 10 years without renovation. It only opened in 2007 though.
P. S. We tried to tune in to a positive wave and not bother, the rest in terms of temporary release from work was a success. But the hotel left a very unpleasant aftertaste, it is not worth the money.
I will answer any questions about the hotel.
