The beach is comfortable, there are enough sunbeds (when the second wing is opened, it’s not a fact that it will be enough). There is no sea. There is no pontoon. There are no signs that it is going to be built. In addition to the lack of a pontoon, no other inconveniences caused by the “lack of completion” of the hotel were noticed. Only conveniences : ) For example, places by the pool and in the pools themselves are comfortable, just enough for the current number of vacationers.

The food is excellent, the choice is more than sufficient. There are enough places and FOOD (for the especially hungry) in the restaurant and will be enough at 100% occupancy of the hotel. The service in the restaurant is excellent. A la carte - delicious, good choice (do not believe the bad reviews). Amused - two restaurants for the evening for a bottle of wine and champagne - a strange limit of some kind))). With bars, too, everything is fine - the lobby and on the beach. Service "excellent".
The staff is good, if you give a tip, then they will wear it on their hands. The only problem is cleaning. Each time there were less and less towels in the room, for some reason they were cleaned every other day. And the floor was washed conditionally - it was dirty. In addition to the room, in other places - cleanliness - a paradox)))
Contingent: when we arrived, there were many foreigners - 70 percent - mostly young people, but decent and calm. Then a lot of "Nashin" info tours came in large numbers - they were accommodated in this hotel - this is TAGIL - heifers from some villages. And Arab families came in large numbers - of varying degrees of noisiness and violence, they immediately became 30 percent. Plus "ours". After that, somehow it became less comfortable than with the French. There were few children, mostly Arab. But there is simply nothing to do with children there.
