Those. there are few vacationers, including children. According to the information provided at the reception every day at 15:30 there are dances (Zumba or something else) near the pool. By "dancing" is meant one song of about 3 minutes. On the 14th day of my stay here, the child wanted to dance. We come, and we are told "Oh, you are the only ones who want to, so there will be no dancing today" (an animator girl named Pamela). I say how so? We clarified throughout the day whether there will be dancing, you personally called the child. The child happily dressed, came from the beach. . . and you say one child is not enough. . . And in general, how can you say that? The child was upset.
The chief animator came and said that you were deceived. We simply do not have music and in general dancing is not every day. So I want to say that it is BETTER that there are no animators in the hotel, in principle, than such. Because being here for more than two weeks, I can say that their “job” is to just walk along the beach and talk all day long. Which is insanely annoying and has the exact opposite effect. And on the third day of staying at the hotel, the Russian-speaking animator asked me to do her a favor. Take a photo, write a review and agree with HER before posting it. To which, of course, I was indignant, and replied that I had come to rest. And do not prepare materials for publication and still PRELIMINARY coordinate with the animator.
In general, your animators with their "work" brought the child to tears. And it seems to me that their goal of work should be absolutely the opposite effect. And I will add that we were in this hotel 3 years ago. And the animation was great. The child still remembers the animator girl Zhenya))) As for me, it should be so.
