Are towels and cutlery in bags all you need to comply with the rules? And the fact that the chefs in the restaurant take your plate in their hands when they put food on you, make drinks decorating them with fruit slices and all this without gloves and with dirty nails !!!
The rooms are dead and scream that it is high time to at least wash them, and ideally repair them. The closet in the room is designed for one, maximum two people. If you are with a child, then it is unrealistic to accommodate and you have to store things in a suitcase.
Children's animators! Where are they? On a mini-disco in one of the corners of a huge hall, where there is no ventilation and deplorable acoustics and no one even bothers to at least dress the animators in normal suits instead of T-shirts and jeans? A lamentable sight. Children do not want to go there and this is understandable and justified.

And when the animator talks to you like a girlfriend, greeting an older woman: “Hi people! ” and demanding a fake photo for his report for work, like playing a game with you. This is fine? Hello to the animator Marina, which is always like under a dose of something relaxing. Which in a conversation said that she hates children when they yell and would kill her head against the wall. How could you take this person as an animator ???!!!

Of course, there is a boy who can bring them to you, but sometimes you have to wait 10-20 minutes for him, but you want a towel now. The pool is heated but quite natural. Children and adults do not leave it to run to the toilet through the entire hotel. What for?

A separate story about Ala carte restaurants. Only in one or two of them will they let you in with children, they will put you on the terrace and at an inconvenient time, because at a convenient time you yourself will be uncomfortable with the children. The other 4 restaurants are for adults only.
On the one hand, the 18+ zone is good, but... a separate pool without its own bar and towels... you will have to run for water or a towel across the entire beach to the children's. Conveniently?

And of course, do not forget that everyone from the cleaner in the room to the boy carrying the towel is waiting for you to pay. If you don’t pay, you will get diluted juice, you will wait a long time for a towel or an order in a restaurant...
