We were 4 people settled in a room with one double bed. Just asked for another one. To write a message home that everything is in order with us, you need to pay 35 bucks for the Internet. The food is disgusting, there is not enough food. We were the first to come for dinner: only a maximum of 5 people got fruit, we didn’t get any fruit. Children do not have enough milk for breakfast. Believe me, there is something to compare with, and we are not pretentious tourists. Were in the Albatros Palace, after and in the Sphinx. And in the troika we rested, but then we knew where we were going and the price was appropriate. Now $500 per person for 8 nights is not that low. Everything is terrible here... Not a 5 or a 4, a weak three. So this hotel is the worst. The slides do not work, but this was important for us, because in bad windy weather we expected that the children would be in the water park. The beach has a special story: shallow, impossible to swim, and windy on the reefs.
We chose this hotel in the hope that after the opening, the staff will try, and not indicatively, ignore all the requests of tourists.
If it goes on like this, it is unlikely that adequate people will aspire to this hotel...
