Voucher-flight-transfer. Join and Mau worked without a hitch, without a hitch-departure delays, there was no transfer 3 hours from Hurghada, they took us back from the hotel 5 hours before departure. Predictable and normal.
Hotel-check-in at about 10 am without problems-hints of give me money, but I didn’t have a super VIP room for you. The hotel worked out the space very interestingly-the buildings partially overlap each other, the stepped zoning system of the garden. The pools and the restaurant do their job-many interesting nooks and crannies and the hotel seems to be more than it is. And-in the lobby and the hotel there was no clock-like time left outside the threshold. . .

The room is similar. Nice work with space and oriental motifs. We liked it.
Everything worked, they cleaned it soundly. They took the initiative and covered up the chipped paint on the wall - a trifle, but nice.

The room on the third floor is almost guaranteed to see a piece of the sea. If you get the first floor, from the balcony there is access to the garden, no options.
The staff and service are very good! Polite, helpful, without familiarity. With a minimum knowledge of English, let them convey their idea clumsily, how they can help. Although they just try to anticipate your desires, and they succeed. I repeat, really great!
Food, no frills. But the phrase will not stay hungry, not about this hotel.
Breakfast is a traditional Egyptian set of greens, cheeses and cottage cheese. Delicious falafels. Yoghurt-muesli-pancakes-eggs-toasts.
The coffee machine did not cause any complaints.

Lunch and dinner, Two or three types of meat, fish. Side dishes. Sometimes pizza burgers.
Drinks are brought by the waiter.
Pastries and sweets as well as citrus slices and melon with dates - every time.
Tea - only one variety - not critical. But it is not available for dinner. Or at the bar by the pool or order hot water and pervert with a stuck tea bag)
Bars on the beach and by the pool and it seems above the lobby. I don’t drink alcohol, I drank tea)))
Animation - they say there was even five people and a show? We kept scurrying between Marsa Mubarak and the beach - after dinner, the promenade and sleeping. But we were pulled out on the beach - on the 5th day, we did not show any interest - and they left us alone.
Infrastructure, but no... A hotel on the seashore in the middle of the desert to Port Ghalib is quite far away, in the morning a good half leaves for a dive on yachts. Bundes seals by the pool. does not count. once an hour in the afternoon a bus drives to Port Ghalib, 2 euros per person transfer. well, or walk about 40 minutes one way...
Beach. From the hotel 500 meters-walk for 5 minutes. For those who wish, the bus rides for free))) Sandy beach, sun loungers, fences, not very big.
The underwater world is bright colorful and impressive! A lot has been written and better, I won’t repeat it, I’ll just add my admiration!

To sum up, there are no glamorous hangouts and wild show-offs, if you go overseas and relax to a hotel with oriental motifs. Do not raise the bar of expectations, but clearly remember that there is a price-quality ratio, then I think you will not be disappointed.
