I will not write much, I will say briefly. The hotel is very good, my wife and I liked everything, beautiful territory, good clean large bright rooms. Good kitchen. The reef is VERY beautiful. Although before the trip we read different reviews, also different video reviews, the opinions there are different, obviously from the needs of people, but when we arrived at the place we saw everything with our own eyes. We were immediately treated as guests, immediately fed (although we were not settled yet), it was very pleasant. The entire staff is friendly and willing to help (and not for money).
The representative of our travel agency, Mahmoud Samir, a good guy solved our pressing problems with dignity. I would especially like to note the cleaning in our room (15116) all ten days. Cleaned in our room wonderful always friendly Hamdy. I want to draw the attention of the hotel administration to such cleaners who really make the stay in your hotel enjoyable, because every client is pleased to come to a clean, well-cleaned room after breakfast.
