The hotel area is well-groomed, walks along the promenade overlooking the sea brought great pleasure. The service was excellent: the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was varied and tasty, and the a la carte restaurants offered delicious dishes.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, cleaning was done daily and efficiently. The excursions, including swimming with turtles, created vivid memories.
This hotel is an excellent place to relax, combining comfort, beautiful views and a high level of service. I recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect vacation spot!

The room is clean, very good food is also very tasty. everything was great, our clean man was very wonderful. Islam Guest Relations is always ready to respond quickly and help. The trips to Portgalip went very well and the communication with the dive school was great. I thank everyone here. We are pleased and will definitely return.

Ahmed and Eslam from Jaz Solaya Assistans really went above and beyond to offer us more than we asked for. Almost everything was thought out! It feels like years of experience. I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world and have experienced a lot, but I must admit that this hotel has a great atmosphere and has something to offer everyone: luxury, good food, ambience, activities, shows, drinks, service, amenities and much more.

Относительно номера - чисто, уютно, много места для хранения вещей, хороший напор воды в ванной. Очень большая кровать. Мы семья двое взрослых и двое детей (2.5 года и 11 месяцев), младший спал с нами, и иногда ночью приходила старшенькая, места всем хватало. Убирают каждый день. Территория отеля не маленькая, но и не огромная. Чисто и много бассейнов. Легко перемещаться по территории с коляской, везде есть удобные заезды. По питанию - все вкусно, всегда выбор мясного. Особенно вкусный теплый салат с кальмарами и овощами. Большой выбор сладкого, много выпечки на завтрак. Соки из пакетов, а не из автомата, что редкость. Отдельно отмечу - есть диетические блюда, не соленые. Для меня это было спасение, так как младший ребенок отказался есть привезенное баночное питание. Все ок, никаких отравлений! Три ресторана Ля-карт, мы были в ресторане на пляже - приятная атмосфера. Сам пляж большой, песок. Есть небольшой риф, не снорклинг, конечно, но с маской поплавать можно. Хороший заход в море, для детей отлично подходит. Лежаки люди занимают с утра пораньше, кто хочет быть у воды.

Very good hotel! Good food, very clean rooms. There was always plenty of space by the pool. The people at the hotel were very friendly. The man who came to clean our room was a very friendly man who introduced himself at the beginning of our stay. This immediately created a strong bond of trust. Since I was a vegetarian, they prepared something special for me.
