We chose this hotel, because we had already rested in Marsa Alam 1 time and really liked it, and then there is also a complex of hotels on the territory of which you can walk, use the beaches of other hotels - this bribed). For example, Sharm and Hurghada are more dynamic and noisy, in Marsa - relaxation.
1. Territory.
I liked the fact that the hotel is large enough or maybe there were not many people, but the crowd of people happened only at dinner and at the animation after dinner. On the territory there is a tennis court, table tennis by the pool, darts, in the neighboring hotel Solymar there is table football and billiards. There are playgrounds and Kids Club (you can leave children on the territory of other hotels). There are also hammocks where you can relax and enjoy the sea view.
2. Number.

We arrived at the hotel at about 11:00, settled in room 6415 after 30-40 minutes. The room is not bad, but there is no view from the balcony at all and it is far from the sea, but next to the restaurant and the pool. The room is good, nothing broken was noticed, the guy who does the cleaning almost constantly on the spot, it was possible to change the towels even several times a day, he also cleaned every day.
After 3 nights, we managed to move to the nearest building in room 2013 with an excellent view of the sea, for 4 nights we paid $ 60 extra, but it was worth it. It is very cool to wake up and see the sea, fall asleep to the sound of the sea, the balcony doors were almost always as open as possible. Everything in the room worked and nothing was broken. But the cleaning in this room was worse.
3. Nutrition.
The food is excellent, you can take the food yourself after wearing disposable gloves. There are no queues. The selection is good, especially the large selection of desserts. A lot of fruits. There were always enough tables inside, on the terrace everything is often busy. We did not skimp on tips, so we were always found a table on the terrace for three (the waiters take their phone or glasses of wine).
It is also possible to dine in 2 A La carte restaurants. We only had dinner at a restaurant on the beach, as the guide misinformed us and said that you can choose only one, 2 days before check-out, we decided to sign up anyway and we were told that it was possible and that we had dinner already on the beach is not a problem, but we were offered for the near future on 11/17/2021, and we have a flight on the 17th afternoon)) We liked the restaurant on the beach, we ate seafood with a gorgeous sea view. They say that the second restaurant is better in terms of tastes and service, but unfortunately I won’t write anything about it.
4. Sea.
We love to swim from the pontoon, there was almost always a green flag and there were no problems with this. There is a coral reef, more or less alive, nothing unusual was seen from the living creatures. We saw a stingray, someone on the pier said they saw a turtle, but we were not lucky with that. If you want to swim with turtles, then I advise you to take a boat trip to Marsa Mubarak, last year we saw several turtles and a sea cow, they filmed it, the emotions are chic.

In our hotel, the red flag was noticed only 1 time during the week, we swam in the lagoon. This is interesting in its own way, but you definitely need shoes, as there are hedgehogs.
5. Water park.
Open from 10:00 to 17:00 with a break from 12:00 to 13:00. During the break, you can eat right in the water park, burgers, snacks, etc.
The slides are cool, there are many of them, but some work all day, and some only in the afternoon. All slides are possible if the child is taller than 120 cm. Our child is 8 years old and 122 cm tall.
6. Service.
We gave tips in bars, to waiters in restaurants, so we always approached almost immediately and offered to bring drinks. The staff is friendly and trying, with any question you can approach the reception, resettlement, you need something in the room, you lost a thing (the child lost his jeans, the next day they took it to the reception). Any of our requests was not ignored!
7. Animation.
I won’t write much, since we only went to the evening animation. After dinner, aqua make-up for children, then a mini disco and after a show for adults. Animation also took place at the pool and beach, but we did not participate.
8. Cons.
Of the minuses, I can only note that the territory is already a little shabby and needs repair in many places, for example, the concrete paths are cracked and the paint has worn off, the facades of the buildings are painted with different shades of paint, the lawn is not the most beautiful, and in some places, to the right of the reception, closer to the sea not at all, just covered with sand.
Also, there is construction going on near building 20, spoiling the view.
That's why I'm taking off stars for this review.
I liked the hotel, but it was not included in the list of those that you must definitely return to.
