The hotel deserves attention. People go to this hotel for a beautiful sea. First, I will talk about the advantages. Live and multi-colored coral with quite a lot of marine life: moray eels, eagle rays, many turtles every day, and regardless of the time (in other hotels only swim in the morning), we swam with turtles here from morning to evening. Among the minuses, a huge number of tourists from nearby hotels, they are brought from everywhere, sometimes it is impossible to push through on the coral. Now for the hotel itself. On the plus side, the food is not bad, the assortment is small, but quite high-quality. The service in the restaurant is good, although the hotel was very full, the tables were quickly cleaned and served to new guests. There is enough staff in the restaurant, something that ALL the bars of this hotel cannot boast of. There are queues even on the beach, near any pool, and in the evening you can wait 20-30 minutes near the lobby for your cocktail, regardless of the tip, the staff simply cannot cope with such a large number of guests.
It used to be poured just to wait in line, mojito without mint...It is almost impossible to find a place near any swimming pool, Europeans take it in the morning and go to the sea or anywhere (the concept of the hotel is that towels are not cleaned, which is very inconvenient, half of the sunbeds are not taken people, but only towels). I have never met such a shortage of beds near the pool. It was a very unpleasant situation, typical of hotels with a low level of service. where at that time there were renovation works (it was very noisy) with a very old room stock, and for an extra payment of 15 euros a day, a better room was offered put in exactly such a room that they sell, after that they placed in a room with normal repair.
Among the minuses, there were no slippers or carpets in the rooms, as in other hotels, which was very inconvenient, sand was everywhere. Aftertaste from the hotel: the sea is unsurpassed, it is better to go in spring or autumn, when there is no heat, it is quite far to walk to the sea, but not critical. The hotel is trying, but it does not match the Jaz, SUNRISE, Albatros chains in terms of service. Would I go to this hotel again - probably yes, there are few such seas in Egypt where you can find them. If the hotel removes those minor, but very inconvenient, shortcomings for a vacation, I would go to them, especially since Albatros has a concept that you cannot reserve a place with towels, which Hilton would not do the same if it is impossible to satisfy everyone with places.
