The hotel is very worthy! Huge area, which is currently being actively landscaped! Normal food (no queues! ) breakfast and lunch +/- standard, but for dinner there are always a variety of additions like... two types of soup (never repeated) beef and fish in sauces, there was a duck! Side dishes and salads and something on the grill (chicken, mackerel, kebab, squid, tuna), fruits - dates, guava, figs, melon, strawberries! Not every day in such an assortment... but it was all there.
During our stay, the hotel began to be painted, palm trees trimmed, paths cemented, etc.
Regarding the number of guests, I think the load was 20-30%, at first we rarely met people at all))) (large area) There are a lot of foreigners.
Until 17:00 you can play mini golf for free! )
The only thing that let us down a little is the animation! But despite the small number of guests, the guys tried! For up to 10 guests! Children's animation for 1-3 children.

The main thing is the sea and it is beautiful! At the end of our vacation, the “experienced” people shook us that there was almost always a yellow flag on the second bridge (there was a red flag on the first for several days) and that the sandy beach with buoys, closer to the embankment, which is always accessible, regardless of the flags on the bridges, is simply teeming living creatures and diversity - we confirm!
Yes, the hotel is not new, but it is designed in style and this is its highlight! Room cleaning-towels changed, swept (seen in person). Food is not Michelin restaurants, but tasty, you will not be hungry. Perhaps you need to prioritize and objectively look at your capabilities! With the current prices for Egypt, this is a worthy price / quality hotel!
