The hotel has not been open for 1.5 years, it is not written anywhere and no one warned. The area is partially cluttered where the rooms overlooked the sea, our rooms overlooked the non-functioning slide of the water park with an empty pool and standing water of an artificial river. bushes and grass were completely burned in the sun, there were no green leaves. Not all of the hotel, of course, near the main building and the artificial lagoon, the grass was watered and green.
The declared slide just started to be painted over, something was cleaned there, but all 6 days of our rest did nothing.
Canteen - because it can not be called a restaurant! ! ! ! ! Fight for plates, cups, spoons, napkins. The food ran out constantly. The queues are long for everything. Food quality - you can write on the edge. I do not believe they all, but here only rice cucumbers and tomatoes could be eaten. The rest is not tasty. But it still had to be obtained. The service is unbelievable, but they are rude.

We didn't have time for anything, we were irritable and rude when we asked to give more than one paper napkin per person. Honestly, just to laugh, I had to swear for extra paper napkins.
Did you see that all-inclusive hotel would run out of bread? and had to wait to be taken away? We now saw everything. And this in a hotel that positions itself as 5 *! ! ! !!
The rooms are old, but nothing. They cleaned, did not change the bed, changed beach towels. Take a shower gel and shampoo with you, or buy one there, because they are not put. We had 3 people living in the room, 1 set up at check-in and never replenished. Others had nothing at all. hot water in the room appeared two days before our departure.
The beach is clean, long, the beds are old, but enough for everyone. You can't call the staff - there weren't enough of them. The bar on the beach worked alone, as a result - huge queues for drinks and food. More than 1 bottle 0.
5 water was not given to the hands - water was extracted again.
Animation - saw dancing, yoga, beach volleyball. There is no children's animation in the evening, the chickens were laughing, there were none during the day.
From the good - warm clean sea, sun, good company.
