Rested with his wife with a child of 5 years and parents. We chose a hotel that is most adapted to children's recreation. I was immediately impressed by reading the reviews, all positive (not taking into account separately the “gifted ones”). I was surprised that the hotel is 4 *, but it costs like 5 Ultra and, as it turned out, it's worth it. The territory is not large, but you can go to other hotels of the Madinat chain (about 7-8 hotels are surrounded by a fence and not fenced off from each other). Despite the 2nd line, 5 minutes walk to the sea (having previously eaten in a restaurant). At the Club Hotel, when checking into distant rooms, it takes the same 5-7 minutes to get to the sea, given that this hotel is located on the 1st line, because here the 1-2nd line is conditional. The hotel was very pleased with the level of service, at the moment the best hotel where we were in Egypt (Golden Five, Domina Coral Bay, Oasis Reef, all 5 *). Here you were looked after as a welcome guest (and when performing certain services they didn’t beg for a tip), the hotel’s policy is designed for repeated visits to this hotel, therefore there are no situations like in other hotels they say, you don’t like something, sorry you get used to it. As proof of this, an avenue of trees with signs of tourists who have visited this hotel more than 7 times. Service is visible in everything:
1. Hostess Lena (Ternopil) is constantly (from 9 a. m. to 7 p. m. ) at the hotel, visits all the guests every day and listens and solves all questions, requests, complaints (mosquitoes appeared in the room - they brought a fumigator, asked to extend the room upon departure - here, when checking out, there were open chips in the mini bar - you don’t need to pay, we’ll figure it out). 2. Service. In a restaurant, on the beach, near the pool, he waved his hand, they approached, listened, brought. VERY NICE

3. On the morning of May 9, there was no water for 30 minutes, the next day they brought a souvenir to everyone in the room with an apology letter about the troubles that had been brought to us (I didn’t even catch the water shutoff, I was sleeping)
4. In the restaurant, the chef himself for breakfast, lunch, dinner comes to the tables and asks about the quality of the food. I was very pleased with the events with birthdays (we visited 2). Under the local drums, the entire staff of 7-10 people comes out and "peculiarly", but sincerely congratulate
5. In the restaurant, the food is varied, the choice is not very large, but IT CAN BE EATED, very tasty food (in Egypt, there is usually plenty of food, but there is nothing to eat). Sea food was always present in the assortment, the only thing the girls wanted was more fruit (you can see the season hasn't started yet). Alcoholic drinks on the level! (Beer, wine, cognac)
6. Cleaning in the rooms every day and with different swans, regardless of the tea left
7. Gel - shampoo. At first, we were surprised by the dispenser with liquid soap and the lack of bottles with shampoo, gel, soap, etc. (so we were taught). As it turned out, the hotel is fighting for the environment, Greenpeace and this shampoo-soap turned out to be very pleasant for all types of skin (even for the most fastidious) and the consumption of these funds is less (we don’t take souvenirs  )

1. Children's animation. Nastya (Vinnitsa) is a smart girl, the children were delighted with her, and our child, without hesitation, “traded” swimming in the sea for meetings in a mini club with the magician Nastya. Every evening Mini disco with adult participation - everything is great! ARAM ZAM ZAM sing until now...
2. The number of rooms is not new, but everything is in order and clean, we had a terrace on the 1st floor with its own flower bed and a palm tree in the middle. The air conditioner did not buzz-roared (as it was written above), they turned it on during the day, it was not hot at night.

3. Water park. Every 10-15 minutes, starting from 10-17, there is a free minibus, the journey takes about 15 minutes. We went in the morning, got a sunstroke even in a headdress. Therefore, we recommend after dinner with children. We went 3 times. The water park is chic, slides from small to large and the area is like our hotel. There were not many people, so there were no queues.
4. For the first time I saw that our tourists are treated well, compared to foreigners (I always felt some kind of hostility), I didn’t see anything like that here, hello SER, please, BOSS, sit down now, I’ll bring it to you...
We went in anticipation that 14 days of rest will get tired, but everything turned out to be the other way around. Before that, they always tried to visit new hotels, get new impressions. It was very disappointing to go to 5Ultra, buy a ticket for the appropriate money and get Not very good memories. And here 4 price - the quality is super and you can and should visit this hotel again and again (This is my purely personal opinion) I hope that my review will be useful to someone...
