I stayed at this hotel with my wife and daughter Diana, 3 years old. The choice of this hotel was not accidental. in July of this year, we already rested at Jaz Saraya Makadi and were very pleased. We really liked the location of the Jaz Makadi hotels and the excellent conditions for relaxation. Check-in was in the morning, everything went quickly and comfortably, they gave us a room on the ground floor. we were with a stroller and a small child, for which thanks to the friendly and attentive Ali at the reception. We really liked the room, in addition to the double bed there were small sofas to sleep on, the room was cozy and clean, this merit of the cleaning room employee Alaa, who repeatedly helped us in solving various problems, I accidentally forgot the keys in the room, etc. , animals from clean towels appeared on the bed every day, which made us and our daughter very happy.
Our vacation was calm and measured, during the day we went to the beach or rested by the pool, there were no problems with sunbeds. The food is organized perfectly, excellent bars, everything is delicious, friendly staff. We were constantly served in the restaurant by the waiter Morsi, for which special thanks to him, at the pool and in the bar I will note the work of Ahmed Refar, he is very attentive and tactful, he got along well with our daughter Diana. I can write a lot about the hotel and everything is positive, we remember the rest and we returned rested and tanned. I recommend this hotel for everyone who appreciates comfort and coziness.
