For the city, it has a decent territory, two main multi-storey buildings (red - new and white - old), in the new building from the street there is a Dutik, several villas along the lagoon. There is enough greenery on the territory, a playground and a playground, everything for sports: a football field, a volleyball court, a fitness center, billiards. Several pools, including children's. Two beaches: the entrance to the open sea and the lagoon. There is a mini water park. Good rooms, maybe the furniture is not new, the repair is not of high quality, in the bathroom instead of a shower there is a strange tightly installed horn, the shampoo is not in individual packaging, but in a container for liquid soap near the bathroom, but this is not the main thing. Cleaning throughout our stay was decent, no money was left. The main thing for a stay in Egypt is the availability of drinking water, so the hotel provides it without problems, you take water in bottles of 0.5 liters in a restaurant, when you eat there, we first took out three bottles of 3 bottles, we were afraid that it wouldn’t be enough, as a result we packed fridge!! ! Friendly staff, both at reception and waiters. All issues were resolved, there was even a case when the daughter lost her card for a beach towel, turned to the reception, they were already thinking of paying a fine, but they called in half an hour and said that the card was found! There are two all-inclusive restaurants on the territory, we lived and ate in the new building, our restaurant is definitely better, in the second it’s just vanity, and the kitchen is the same, the choice is large. Usually we do not visit hotels twice (we are looking for new experiences), but I would return to this hotel.
