Rested at this hotel in 2019, I really liked everything (you can read my review from December 2.2019). In March 2021 we decided to go again to the same hotel, something changed for the worse, but wrote off everything on the coronavirus, everywhere everything became more modest, not only in this hotel, but in general were satisfied. And so in November 2021 we decided to fly to Egypt again and it was a good price for this hotel, we decided to go here for the third time, and flew.

Arrived early in the morning, wore bracelets at 10, but did not settle at once, neither at 10, nor at 12, nor at 14.00 (as it should be according to the rules) ...as a result after the scandals got into the room only until 15.00 hours) waiting for check-in !!! ! ). The room was the usual no claims, except for the wife's claim that the room was noisy because of the restaurant that was under it.

And now what has changed in 2 years

In the main restaurant, the range has decreased by 40%, for sweet in general amounts, there are probably 40% of what was, with all the tastiest and most expensive disappeared, there are only monotonous cheap cakes and their standard for every hotel cookies and baklava , no desserts, mousses, jellies, etc. , although it used to be, I as a lover of sweets was sad. The fruit also weakened. The range of main dishes has decreased, but tolerably, no one was left hungry. As for drinking, various cocktails also evaporated, leaving only standard juices and when, sevenapi ...As for the dishes, many people wrote that plates are often packed, I think people have nothing to pay attention to, but the truth is, almost every second plate is packed or has chips, even annoying. Another know-how, the restaurant had no salt, no pepper, no tables, no joints.
When I asked the employee where the salt and pepper were, he after a couple of minutes of searching led me to 2 bowls where there was salt and pepper, and from there you have to type in a plate, the level of the hotel! ! ! !!
As for napkins, they were nowhere to be found when serving, 2 napkins were needed for each table (for 2.4, 6.8 local tables) as a result of about 500 seats there were 200 napkins, who did not have enough, his problems and nowhere to take. Another know-how, allowed from 2 hotels Palace and Dreams to go to both restaurants of both hotels, as you might guess, from the Palace to Dreams no one went, from Dreams came almost everyone, because there is a restaurant three times smaller. As a result, sometimes there was not enough free table + queues for drinks and ice cream, in the neighboring hotel the restaurant was always half empty. Began to go to a nearby hotel for ice cream and beer company, as a result, the local bartender saving beer began to resent - go like your own restaurant.
Concerning beer in general it was sad all rest, in all bars in the territory poured at first in beakers on 100 grams (50 beers 50 foam) on 4 glasses, then there was an order to pour without foam but only on 2 glasses, as a result of constant gnawing of Russians and local staff. 1 day there was no beer at all, all the bartenders only answered after 10 minutes or after 30 minutes as a result in the evening went outside to buy beer.
The staff no longer smiled like 2 years ago, and did not try to please customers, but there was frost in everything and rudeness as everywhere in Egypt.
