Check-in and room: we arrived early in the morning, somewhere around 7 o'clock, immediately put on bracelets and sent for breakfast, the room was given only at 12 o'clock, and then, after we insistently asked, since we were with two small children, the room was asked for the first floor, the room was in the 5th building, near the children's pool, nothing was paid extra for the room. The room is excellent, spacious, a king size double bed and two single beds, shampoos, air conditioners were worn in packs, that was enough, they also brought water, the repair was not bad, everything worked.
Food: It's funny to read reviews when they write monotonous food. Answer yourself the question: what do you have at home every day for lunch and dinner: pasta, rice, two kinds of potatoes and meat, as well as fish? If your food is monotonous, then do not row everything into a plate, eat in turn. There was always enough food, no matter if you come at the beginning or end of breakfast, lunch or dinner, everything was always served.

Breakfast is standard Egyptian: sausages, cheeses, sausages, yogurts, pastries, fruits, jams, nutella, delicious favli in the restaurant on the second floor.

The guide talked for 5 minutes about some kind of electronic registration, as a result, he did not register anyone at the meeting, and the rest of the time he talked about excursions. Who wants to go on a tour, he himself will come up and the guide will tell him in detail. As a result, after meeting with the guide, it was necessary to come up after another 1 hour so that he would collect vouchers and take pictures of your tests for covid, all this takes no more than 5 minutes, and those 1.5 hours are a mockery.
