They asked to change the bed, since we had it gray and in spools, they brought the same one, even darker and scarier. Curtains, tulle, bedspreads - in a terrible state, dirty, stained. Towels are gray and old.
2. Cleaning, mediocre, the room is very very dirty. Even the cleaning lady's rags are dirty and torn. They enter the room in shoes and without a mask. You have to ask for water, for 4 people they brought 2 bottles of 0.5 and 1 liter, and you need to wash your face and brush your teeth with this water.
3. Mosquitoes, even indoors, in rooms, in the dining room, everywhere. They asked for mosquito spray, they brought dichlorvos.
4. In the mini-bar - 1 cola and 1 sprite.

5. Repair. It seems like the hotel is new, built in 2019, but everything is dead, the door frames and baseboards move away from the wall, the tile seams are open or yellow.
6. The air conditioner is very noisy even in quiet mode.
7. Sea. It is a pain. The entrance is shallow, you have to walk for a very long time before the depth begins at least knee-deep.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, how can you call yourself a 5 star hotel? It is sad that they do not respond to requests and comments in any way, although they offered to change the room with a surcharge of 100 € per day. Attitude towards us, fuck off, what we say there and to whom, they absolutely do not care. A lot of people, about the social. no one heard the distance.
