Good afternoon everyone. I never wrote reviews after the holidays, but since before the last trip I looked for and read reviews a lot, I think this is a necessary and very useful thing.
I'll start in order:
1) We were going on vacation at our own peril and risk, waited until the last moment until Russia opened Egypt, did not wait and bought a tour through Kyiv.
My wife was very worried about the situation in the country, but I was somehow calm (except for some anxiety "will the hotel be full? will all the entertainment work? will there be enough food? =)). The situation turned out to be super. Everything is quiet , peaceful and calm. Everything works and everything is enough.
2) Since we were traveling with a child, we were looking for a hotel with a normal water park. The choice was stopped at this hotel, since Pegasus in the Titanic Aqua Park (opposite Aladdin) did not give any offers.

3) Thanks to Pegasus - we bought the tour without any problems without leaving home, and all information on arrival and departure flights was given correctly (this was important for organizing the connection to St. Petersburg).
4) Upon arrival in Egypt, we passed through passport control in no more than 10 minutes. Without any queues and problems. Egyptians with national musical instruments and smiles on their faces were waiting for the first planes from Russia =)
5) Check-in at the hotel also did not take more than 15 minutes (we arrived around 14.00), but, according to the ancient Egyptian tradition, for a certain bribe in the form of a Parker pen ("You have a good pen! Do you want a good number? " =)) Since the pen was given as a gift from partners, it was not a pity for her. Agreed, but said that the number should be "very good". They gave me a room on the second floor at the beginning of the penultimate building (3241), in the "main" wing (where all the restaurants and entertainment are). If you pay attention to the location, then the room is not bad. Located in the center of the hotel - the water park is close, the pools are close (although there any room is close to the pools), entertainment and food are close. I asked for a room on the first floor with access from the balcony directly to the pool (there are some), but the manager said that due to safety requirements, families with children are not accommodated in such rooms. Probably right. I didn’t really want to settle on the first floor, because I had to live like that in front of everyone (and in the afternoon and in the evening almost all the guests walk past your balcony).
In general, the room is not bad, but old. Although for the money that the ticket costs - the room is excellent.

6) Food - If in the first two days there was some disagreement with the reviews on the food of the previous speakers (there was a lot of food, and it seemed different), then on the third day I supported them (the speakers) completely and completely. Every day was the same. There was always enough food, but there was no choice. Somehow the chefs did not try (in everything except baking - it was always a lot and different). General conclusion - You will not remain hungry, but you will not turn into gourmets either.
Except for the freshly baked tortillas (the women baked next to the grill right in front of you) - this was new and really tasty.
Separate three words about restaurants "a la carte". They are really "a la", but "a la restaurants". Using one free dinner on the Royal All Inclusive system is useless. Stay hungry. In a Chinese restaurant, we were fed with chopped white cabbage. We heard a complaint from one man about an Italian restaurant (and he went there for money) - the restaurant sucks.
The dishes are really dirty and often broken. Watch carefully
7) Staff:
- room cleaning - cleaned every day, and quite carefully. On the first night, we made an extra bed for the child from the sofa. I do not agree with the previous speakers - the floor was washed every day. They left one dollar for it. Except for one day when there was simply no change. From that day on, the cleaner began to "educate" us - a towel for the legs in the bathroom was no longer put, cleaning the room was delayed until 4 pm, in general, he spoiled in a small way. On that day, we noticed that a teddy bear, just bought in Boryspil, with which my daughter slept with, disappeared from the room. More janitor from me did not receive anything. Except for the scolding from his overseer for the fact that our room has not yet been cleaned. Speaking of taskmasters - there are many of them, and they are really on your side. We didn’t have anything else missing (although there was just a laptop in the room in the drawer, and there was a lot of good stuff in the safe).
- the waiters are all cheerful. There are no complaints (except that they often try to snatch a plate of food right from under their noses). Everyone considered it their duty to play a trick on a child at least once by taking away a Panama hat, a toy or a glass of juice. But it didn't bother me.

- The guys in the water park are great guys, they brought sunbeds, mattresses without any problems, and even ran for towels. With the words "Friend, this is my job. If you need something, let me know. " Very good impression. The same impression from the guys on the slides - you smile at them, communicate with them on an equal footing - and the same attitude towards you.
8) Animation - none. Especially for children. The main characteristic is to entertain yourself. I can't say anything more.
9) Sea - I fully support the previous reviews. It looks like it exists, but it doesn't seem to exist. . .
Regarding sunbeds - in one of the previous reviews it was said that there were a lot of empty seats. We rested at the same time, we only stayed there a little longer - and so, by the end of our stay, there were no free places on the beach, in the water park, and even more so in multipools... Russia returned to Egypt. There were queues for food, queues for slides, and men drunk in a dupel at a children's disco and an adult afterparty. In my opinion, from the point of view of a hotel guest, the time when the hotel was half full was superb.
The general conclusion about the vacation - the vacation was a success (what we went for, we got). The hotel is worth the money we paid for it. Will we visit this hotel again? More likely no than yes.
I haven't written anything like this in a long time. Like all my thoughts are over. If someone is interested in more details (about the hotel, excursions, etc. ) - ask, I will try to answer.
