The travel agency was ANEX TOUR, I will say right away that everything is very well established. For example, you flew to Hurghada, you are already met with a sign by a Russian-speaking guide and escorts you until your visa is filled, then your luggage and you are escorted to the bus, where everything is explained to you. There is no kipish. I’ll say right away, looking ahead, do not buy a local operator’s card, mts or orange, since wi-fi in this hotel even works on the pier, it’s awesome itself. The card is needed only for excursions.
Further, when you arrive, the guide checks you in and only when you have been given a card, he leaves. Yes, they can give you a room with a sea view at the reception, but you don’t have to believe it, because they don’t have those yet, they just built it. The hotel is clean, cleaning was every day, they brought water, left $ 1 for tea, no one asked for nothing and everyone was very friendly, so that no one would say, maybe someone was just rude to them, and then wanted to kiss their feet.
The food is good, although sometimes monotonous in the morning. Restaurants on site are normal, it is worth visiting them in the evening. Sign up for the grill right away, as a queue will form there later. The sea is normal, at first knee-deep, but whoever came to the sea, then just right, for everything else - pools. Sunbeds up to 11 are free in half of the beach, half is immediately occupied by the pools, so do not believe that everything is occupied. They bring a drink, and if you give a couple of dollars, it will be worn every 10-15 minutes. The water is salty, warm and clear. The pools are really occupied early in the morning, although it is not allowed, well, then whoever managed that and dad. After dinner, you can safely find a sunbed by the pool.

The water park is great, lots of slides. The territory is large and green, they try to clean and water everything, but they do not always have time. There are shows and animations, but we never got to one, as it once was. It's not very hot there, even though the thermometer shows +36-38, maybe because of the dryness it's not so honored. After eviction, the bracelets were not cut off, which I did not find anywhere in the reviews, which is very good. On an evening flight, you can go for lunch, drink juices and coffee, no one makes any claims about this. By the way, this is not the case in every hotel. Let me remind you, the Wi-Fi is excellent there, I caught it everywhere.
The hotel has local shops on the lobby floor. There are pretty good prices if you bargain. One seller remembered us and twice gave us discounts himself. On the street nearby there is a MISH shop, where you can also normally buy souvenirs, but everything is about trade. I don’t even know what to call the minuses, I went for the first time, I liked everything very much, special thanks to the guide on the sightseeing tour - Ahmed, an excellent man. It's up to you, but the hotel may be a bit pricey, but not bad, and all the negative reviews about it dissipated in the first days of living in it.
