The hotel is tired. Chips, cracks, damp doors, not to mention the cleaning of the rooms, which needs some work. For example, on the first day I only had hair conditioner from the shower accessories. Disposable toothbrushes, shower caps and slippers are obviously not provided at all (which is commendable in an era of total environmental pollution, but given that the hotel positions itself as 5 *, it's a little insulting). Towels have lost their former lightness and whiteness, but they are washed and still serve faithfully. I asked the cleaning representative to supply everything else. He brought a whole pile of tubes filled with the residual principle, obviously already accepted for use by someone. He simply lifted the bathrobe that needed to be replaced from the floor and put it on the bed (the bathrobe was initially dirty and I decided that he was on the way out). At the same time, I also left a tip above average so that the cleaning was excellent.
Everything was replaced when I contacted the hotel manager. At the same time, the tubes are filled well, but apparently not for the first time (okay, green peace and all that, I'll take it as concern for the world around us). There is no WiFi in the room (it's only in the lobby and it's not very good), I knew about it when I flew, but the suffering about it didn't leave me at the moment. The cuisine is not varied, European, although spoiled and oriental (sweets and lamb for dinner). There are also dinners in restaurants with advance booking, which are included in the all inclusive system, but not all menu items, of course. IMHO, the hotel buffet is much tastier than the food served in the restaurants.

You can't go to the Buffet, you just show the kitchen representative what you want and they put on the plates themselves (for food lovers like me, feel free to say “more, please”).
The beach is yours (but very tiny), the beach staff (uncles who help with choosing a place and carefully try to lay your towel) are just darlings. If you are counting on reefs or something resembling living creatures in the water, then leave your dreams and snorkeling accessories (I hope I wrote this tricky word correctly) at home. If the hotel representatives are reading this, then turn on the fountain and wash the windows, it will look much cooler!

A big plus, as for me, is the staff, they really try, not everything and not always succeeds, like all people, but they try. My favorites (the boy in the sweets department and the moderately elderly man in the lobby) work like bees.

There are Russian-speaking managers, everyone else just tries to understand by intonation and gestures. For my “… ice Coke, please” they brought me ice Coffee. The hotel is very quiet, which is a big plus for me (there are no children's screams and hysterical female screams about this).
Women are treated the same as men. Masturbating guards, as they wrote in one of the reviews, did not meet. In general, the impression of the hotel is positive for 4+, but still 4.
