Отель шикарный, но моря - НЕТ! The hotel is chic, but the sea - NO!

Rested from 11 to 19 May 2021. The cost of the tour is 875 $ / 8 nights from Kyiv (Ukraine).
I got to the hotel in the evening around 20:00, the hotel was 50% empty, I was offered a room on the 2nd floor 5209 overlooking the pool and partial sea view. Given that the hotel is half empty, I asked for a room on the 1st floor with a private pool, but the administrator categorically refused and said that it was possible only for an additional fee of $ 30 / 1 night. I just can’t understand why they are so sorry to give the number that the guest asks for, despite the fact that these rooms are really empty! According to other tourists, there were cases that such rooms were given for free. May 14th was my birthday, and I was very upset... I specifically chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday well...
But in general, the staff is very friendly, sociable, diligent, trying to please every guest.

The hotel is really very beautiful (especially in the evening), atmospheric, well-groomed territory, clean pools, grass, flowers, many palm trees - everything is illuminated in an interesting way.
But there is a minus that crossed out everything and everything - there is a parking lot for yachts near the beach, and there are more than 50 of them... (Not only do they spoil the view of the sea, but also pollute the water with fuel oil and diesel fuel. On the third day of my vacation, a serious allergy began , my face was very swollen, I had to go to the hospital for an injection, so by the end of the rest I swam only in the pool and took anti-allergic pills...
The choice of food is not large, but everything is enough and tasty.
If it were not for the party of yachts, I would go again...
