This is our favorite hotel. Everything suited me personally, I always felt very good there, and recovered well.
But here's the situation, judge for yourself: in the summer of 2016, a trip for 12 days for three people cost us UAH 27.000. In the summer of 2017, for the same number of days for three, 45 thousand UAH. Last summer, such a ticket cost 65 thousand UAH. - and we simply could not come - we rested in Turkey. And this year, we saved up 60.000 to have a rest in your favorite hotel, if not in the summer, then in the spring.
So what? Prices for such a trip for three from April 18.92 thousand UAH!! ! Insolent to the edge. It's not worth it! For this money you can have a great rest twice - once in an excellent hotel and once in a normal one. Believe me, the Germans, which 80-90% of vacationers here do not pay that kind of money. Their prices have not changed since 2016.
Well, for those who can afford a ticket, I can tell you with pleasure why our family loves this hotel.
- an atmosphere of calm and friendliness.
- the same vacationers from year to year, many come several times a year. Those. you find yourself in a familiar circle of people.
- There are a lot of Germans, but they make contact, get to know each other. Among them are our Germans - immigrants from the former USSR - believe me, they remained ours, they think, talk, etc. like us.
- an excellent garden, with paths of blue and pink marble slabs.
- The rooms are simple but comfortable. We always chose on the ground floor with access to the garden and closer to the sea.
- any problems are solved very quickly. If suddenly one of the staff does not go to a meeting - you can always turn to another and everything will be decided, in addition, the rest will ask again - whether everything was decided and how you can help. And in general, in Egypt, nothing is solved by scandals - but simply by requests.
- the beach is gorgeous. The beach staff is constantly correcting something, cleaning, coming up asking how to help. The sunbeds are old, but neatly painted, they are repaired and replaced if something happens. If you don't want to give a tip - say thank you, they say, we ourselves.
- swimming from 8-00, but many are already at 5 am in the water - this is not prohibited and the sea is crystal clear in the morning. The only downside to the beach is that a lot of boats stop nearby - and they can drain the diesel fuel and throw out the garbage in the evening. Until 2017, this was not the case.
- there are a lot of mega-positive people from the staff - they shine like the sun) they are happy to visit, like old friends - it charges! Someone from the leadership stops talking - and then comes up with all sorts of surprises for your children, gives gifts.
- Animation is quiet, but pleasant.
- the food is ok, something simple, something great, just lacking an abundance of fruit.
- the most important + for our family was that in this hotel we were completely restored and recharged for the year ahead. Therefore, vouchers were taken for 12 days - 7 days is not it.
- big minus - a lot of cats. There is just a wasteland nearby - and cats will not let snakes crawl into the territory.
I give the hotel 8-9 stars. But to the tour operator (he is the only one in Ukraine who sells vouchers to the Red Sea hotel chain - 2 stars for impudent inflation !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
