When we arrived, we were put in a room with a cracked sink in the bathroom and everything was terribly old. it was 4 in the morning, we were very tired, I went to the reception 5 times to ask why there is no internet, why there is no hot water? And when I paid him 40 € we were moved to another room with a terrace. When we were moving things, we forgot our daughter’s winter jacket, I didn’t notice it right away, but then I went to the reception desk and asked the administration and he replied that they wouldn’t find anything. When our stay ended and we started to check out, the keys to the room were in the door, but somehow they disappeared and we were told to pay another 40€. And we were taken to the airport and dropped off at the wrong one, and we took a taxi to get to the airport we needed.
