When we went I read the reviews and could not believe that someone had nothing to eat. We made sure that the food is monotonous (going for breakfast or lunch, you already know what will be there, the same cereals and soups, etc. ) No variety. Fruit is also a problem - unripe peaches, apples, if you have time, then grab grapes, and watermelons only for dinner! Bananas only near the pools and then in the amount of 5 pcs. !! ! There is a children's menu, I don't presume to judge, we went without children! The animation is weak (we didn’t need it, but we learned about water aerobics on the 4th day of our stay). Entertainment in the evening after dinner. Pretty good! Separate conversation about the service! It makes no sense to leave the cleaner $ 1, because there is absolutely no difference. No one will make swans, flowers, and other joys out of towels for you! And they clean up really well! Towels on the beach: on the third day of rest they refused to give a towel, citing the fact that the issue is from 8:00! We were stunned! At 7 am, the sunbeds are packed!! ! The same story with the delivery of towels: they came to hand over at 18:15 - they didn’t accept, they said they work until 18.00, and my friends handed over at 18:40 !! ! A trifle, but not pleasant. . . There are many foreigners in the hotel, the attitude towards them is warmer. At the reception, I encountered the fact that the administrators do not understand Russian, and are quite rude! No one smiles again! We went through the Anex tour (for the first and last time! ), We also felt the attitude towards their tourists on ourselves - we couldn’t order a dry breakfast (they drove back and forth), at the reception they asked: Anex ?? ? And sent to the guide, the guide sent to the reception.... And another moment that struck me: when we were driving to the airport at 6 in the morning, for some reason we were taken to a sweet shop (it’s clear why, but this was the first time we encountered this). I almost forgot DO NOT AGREE TO THE FISH RESTAURANT you are called to on the beach!!! ! Tried to cheat for $70. and plus we got poisoned there specifically !! ! The four of us went and all as one suffered from diarrhea and vomiting (we went on the eve of departure and there was no time for jokes on the plane! ) At the airport, too, God knows what's going on!
