Booked deluxe room and family room with bunk bed. Upon arrival at the hotel, a person offered services to speed up check-in for an additional fee. The money was given, but the acceleration was not seen. To say that this is a hotel far from 5 stars is an understatement. Old and dirty. Not! Very, very dirty! And very old. Our tour operator told us beautiful stories about the reconstruction and we believed, but in vain. The furniture in the rooms and in the restaurant has long worked its way. It is simply impossible to touch the kettles in the rooms because of the substance adhering to them. Every day I left a $5 tip to the cleaner in the room with the hope that it would become cleaner) it did not help. He tried very hard, brought us as much water as we needed, but as for cleanliness, he simply did not know how.
Food in restaurants is not suitable for consumption. If you want to eat deliciously or are looking for children's dishes, or maybe you want fruits, or maybe look also berries... well, or just plain porridge, then you generally need to bypass this place. It's amazing how tasty you can cook. It would seem, well, put the fish in the pan and fry! But no, they manage to spoil it beyond recognition. Seafood is prepared by mixing the whole pile in a pan and falling out in portions to your plate. As a result, you get porridge from someone's mustache mixed with paws, bones, etc. looks disgusting, tastes the same. Whatever you decide to taste and in what place, you will have to stand in line. For a meal, you will stand in lines longer than you eat. People all the time swore with the cooks that everything was burnt and the wait was long.
We had to go to the store and eat food from the hypermarket in the room and this is in a 5 star hotel. The weather at this time is the most optimal, in my opinion. It's consistently warm and not hot yet. The water in the sea is also quite warm. It is a pity that in order to enjoy the sea, you first have to fight on the beach for sunbeds, which have been occupied since yesterday by useless towels.

Sports and dance events take place on the beach. The animators work very hard and they succeed. Separately, I would like to note the children's animators Sasha and Yulia. You can immediately see when people love children and their work - it's about them. A week has passed since the vacation, and every day the daughters sing their songs and dance the dances they taught.
The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is a horse and a camel for those who like to ride. The eldest daughter liked the water park, the staff in it are friendly. I made a lot of videos showing the appalling state of the hotel, I'll send it if anyone wants to see it.
