Rest, in general, is good. The kitchen is good, the rooms are wonderful. All new. The hotel itself is new. The territory is large, but not very green. There is a diving club, training is carried out right on the spot. They enter the sea from the pier and from the shore. There are corals, but not much. By the way, the sea in this hotel is not particularly beautiful. This is a minus. Although I was in Hurghada for the first time, maybe it's like that everywhere, but in Sharm it's better.
Let's start with the fact that the staff at the hotel is not overly friendly. We had a large group, there was an agreement in advance for a quick check-in, but we were marinated for a very long time. As usual, the Europeans were settled immediately, they were given the best rooms, but the Russians... As a result, we were given rooms in a new building, on the first floor. on the one hand there was a view of another hotel under construction, from the side of the balcony a view of the fence, which was at a distance of a meter from the balcony... If you look to the right, you can see the building of the same hotel under construction in 300 meters, to the left - somewhere very far away the sea . In addition, builders scurrying around everywhere... Pleasant enough.
Of course we went to change the room. They gave us in a neighboring building on the 2nd floor. Well, to hell with it, we didn’t come to swear, but to rest. Stayed. It turned out that the light in the shower was not working. Then they found out that the air conditioner and the light in general did not work. 2 days set up....

On the first night, some builder came into the room with my girlfriend, opening the door with a key! Then they heard a story about how a couple of young people from the servants also came to some girls and did not want to leave...
Ok, more is better. If you, for whatever reason, contact the reception, be sure - ignoring is guaranteed. And in any case - if you are friendly and smiling, if you demand and swear, if you threaten to call the manager... all the same. Reactions 0, listen, pretend that everyone understood and that's it. Moreover, the conversation with them was conducted in good English. So don't think you don't understand.
Once I was almost kicked out of the restaurant because I came in shorts and a T-shirt with an open back. The manager came up and in a rather rude form stated that I should go and change clothes, that it was impossible for dinner and in general... I mildly told him if he had become impudent, and that I would not go anywhere, because there were no announcements was not at the door, they did not warn at the reception and, in general, they settled in such a well... that if I go to change clothes, I will return after dinner is over, only and in general, none of those present, especially men, do not suffer from my appearance, so go to hell... I was surprised by his treatment, that is, as if he was doing me a favor that I live here, and not I told him that I came here. There were no such incidents in the future. Hello.
In A la carte restaurants, the history of service in general... leaves much to be desired. Russians are the last thing, until you yell. We had a German with us, so it was only thanks to him that we somehow could be there without a mat.
I advise you not to eat in these restaurants - terrible! Especially Japanese.
There were also problems during the eviction. Check-out at 12:00, at 11:00 we came from the beach - the key was already blocked... They began to figure it out, until they figured it out - the time was 11:50! It took 50 minutes, can you imagine! This is where patience ran out. I said that we will not leave until the transfer arrives for us.

There was another case with calls. There is a node of negotiations. The young man working there is the only one who makes a good impression. But I had to call somehow the diving coach, he was not there, and he was replaced by a person from the reception. Dials a number. . . they say that the number does not exist. . . Again and again, the same story. Everything would be fine, but all this time he made various comments, such as "Who is this, who are you calling? " I answered that the instructor, to which there was a grin, like, yeah, the instructor... etc. derogatory remarks with allusions. . . Of course I sent him. But draw your own conclusions about the staff
In short, the hotel (territory, buildings, rooms, kitchen) everything is fine, but the staff is terrible!
