To begin with, the hotel completed the construction of 12 buildings, which is about 600 more people than last year, and the number of staff and restaurants remains the same: now, in order to have dinner, you have to come to take a table in half an hour. But this does not mean that you will have enough plates, cups, etc. , and you will not stand in line for any dish. In the main restaurant, when opening for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the steeplechase begins: in front of each other for dishes. When, if lucky, he sat down at the table and got food, there is a fight for an Arab with pleas to bring drinks. Sometimes ends without result. Not to mention the taste of food, but you can already close your eyes to this, last year the food was also not great, but the service and the hotel in general with a very beautiful landscape smoothed it out.

Now the beauty is not happy, not to mention the new rooms in which we were settled this year (only Germans are accommodated in the old rooms) there is no water, no light, there is a sewage system in the shower, and, accordingly, the smell. There are just a lot of flies and mosquitoes in the rooms (we went to pharmacies looking for means to kill insects) There is such an impression at the reception that Russians are simply hated, they run to foreigners for distillation, if Russian tea can be expected for hours.

Of course, it’s a pity that such a beautiful hotel was so spoiled, and it’s a pity that my friends and I will have to look for and experiment with another hotel, especially since until this year they went there 2 times a year, like to their home and were very pleased . By the way, we were still very lucky that we were settled in a more or less built hotel, and poor Muscovites with small children were put into unworthy buildings, where they paint, saw, etc. nearby. People spent the whole night in the reception, but did not achieve anything.
The owners preferred quantity over quality. But we think that if the situation does not change, then all new buildings will soon be without tourists
