Three of us flew UTair (tour operator ANEX Tour). Check-in and departure on time. We were met, brought to the hotel (we were the first to be dropped off), that is, we quickly settled in and went to dinner.
Number. Our room was in building 4 on the ground floor. The building is quiet, only the fifth one is quieter, but there are no standards in it, there are only suites. The room is large, but the furniture is not new, and there is mold in the bathroom, but this in no way marred the holiday. In general, of course, the hotel is not new, "tired", especially beach chairs, umbrellas and beach fences. But, with us, they began to change sun loungers on the beach, they repaired something, it is clear that the hotel is being monitored to the best of their ability and strength. I also want to say, I don’t know how it is in other rooms, but in ours there was a not very comfortable folding sofa for a third person.
Nutrition. I read earlier reviews that there is nothing to eat, hungry, the same type of food. I have two options, either people at home eat only foie gras and lobsters, or they are simply cunning. Well, it was impossible to stay hungry here, just impossible. Breakfasts - yes, were monotonous, but the choice was large. Lunch - changed, there was always a choice. Dinner - day after day there were themed evenings, the waiters were, each time dressed in different costumes to match the theme of the evening. We didn't go to a la carte restaurants, so I can't say anything. Huge plus - packaged juices. Be sure to try the guava juice (do not try the fruit itself, it is very specific, but the juice is mmmm).

Territory. A lot of greenery, a lot of trees, palms, flowers, a lot of pools, there are benches, gazebos, there is a water park, open from 10 to 12 and from 15 to 17. We went several times, it was fun, we liked it. Better to go to the opening, less people.
Staff. Everyone is friendly, smiling, asking how you are and if everything is fine. No one was rude, not rude, probably from the fact that we also communicated positively with everyone, did not twist our noses and did not look down, IMHO. As I have noticed, one of the most “hellish” jobs is at the bartender on the beach. And then he always smiled, he was wildly tired, but he smiled. In general, the principle works all over the world - treat people the way you want to be treated and there will be no problems.
Sea. There is an artificial lagoon, as I was told, the sea is warm, turquoise, clean, but not always transparent due to the fact that there is sand at the bottom and it rises from day to day. The most amazing sea in the morning while no one is on the beach. And during the day it is a sky-turquoise color. Sunset in the sea is excellent, for small children it will be super. There are no fish and corals, there is a small coral wall (if you can call it that, it’s certainly not the same corals as in Sharm or Marsa Alam) at the end of the pontoon promenade, where yachts moor, there are a few fish, I saw a moray eel and a stingray like that in little blue spots. But for lovers of the underwater world, there is nowhere to snorkel there.
Animation. In a word - great! I don't know how you can get bored there, to be honest. From 10 am to 5 pm you are entertained. Charging, volleyball, aqua aerobics in the sea, latin, oriental dances, darts, aerobics. They are constantly invited to take part and informed about evening events. Big shoutout to Emmo, one of the best animators - gave 200%. In the evenings during dinner, we often had animators with their groovy dances, it was simply unrealistic to sit still : )))) For two evenings, the Egyptian guys sang very beautifully. Once we listened to the performance of a woman on the terrace of the Mamluk, she sang simply amazingly. We had a foam party, a beach party, a pool party. Every evening there was some kind of show in the amphitheatre.

Vacationers. 85-90% are Egyptians. The rest are Dutch, British, Poles, Czechs, Germans, Serbs, Belarusians and Ukrainians. The Egyptians did not cause much discomfort, but the truth is, they are very noisy : ))))
Not far from the hotel there is a Senzo mall shopping center, it has a supermarket, like our Auchan, where you can buy fruits, juices, souvenirs, etc. Prices are the same as in Kyiv (if converted to hryvnias), that is, democratic.
Maybe I missed something, perhaps not a significant one. If anyone is interested please ask : )
