I stayed at this hotel with my husband at the beginning of June for a week. We were in Egypt for the first time, before that we had a rest in Turkey in Kemer. We are not picky, and in principle, we liked the rest.
Settled in quickly. The ticket was taken from anex tour. The travel agency asked that the voucher should indicate - the newlyweds and with a sea view, the payment did not change from this, although they gave us a room according to our requirements without any problems. The room is clean . . the furniture is quite decent, but the bathroom is not very, a little shabby. Very smelly water. . even in the room there was an unpleasant smell because of this. . truly opening the door to the balcony. . everything went away. Conder worked very well! But . . hardly used . . There was enough wind through the window. In one review, I read here that everyone is accommodated in rooms with a sea view - WRONG! All the Russians who came with us lived in rooms overlooking the street. Sea view rooms for Germans and Americans. By the way, there are a lot of them there and naturally, they are served in the first place. BUT! I can't say that we had to wait very long. The plates were cleared quickly. . and the drinks didn't have to wait long either.
A lot has been written about food here, and I agree that the food is decent. At least my husband and I brought a few extra pounds. The room was cleaned every day. . the towels weren't changed. Once I just threw the dirty ones on the bed . . then they replaced it. They left a tip . . they didn’t spin any swans for us . . the sand from the floor was also cleaned badly (by the way, we lived on the 5th floor in room 519).

I liked the sea, the presence of a lagoon, a big plus, since the Red Sea is mostly restless! We swam with a mask, I was not in Sharm . . but here the fish impressed me. I didn’t like the fact that you can only drink on the beach after 10 am. Here in Turkey, the water was constantly . . and they cook on the beach only for 12 hours . . late! I had breakfast at the beginning of 8, and after 10 I had something to eat with pleasure. There are no problems with sunbeds until 10 am, who comes later, you have to lie on sunbeds without umbrellas.
The hotel has no territory, nowhere to walk. Many write about excellent animation, I don’t know, I couldn’t rate it perfectly! Going outside the hotel is just disgusting! importunate arabs. . terribly importunate. Beggar children insolently climbed into the bag trying to pull out money . . I was shocked.
By the way . . upon arrival at the hotel . . there was a meeting with the representative of the annex Emad. Terrible liar, promises a lot (I'm talking about excursions now) in the end, nothing like that. Tour prices are great. They took $ 45 per person (it can be cheaper on the beach . . but something . . didn’t risk it) an excursion to El Gouna, we didn’t really like it. We swam very little in the sea....fishing is only 15 minutes... but swimming far . . just tired. a very modest lunch, although Emad promised a buffet of a 5-star hotel : ))))
There are two Russian girls in the hotel, Valeria and Svetlana. . liked it! they even called the number . . found out . . is everything okay . . are there any comments! Nicely!
Another negative on the last day of the stay. We rented a room at 12 noon . . as expected, they immediately cut off the bracelets and they didn’t give us anything anywhere... I mean the beach, the lobby bar, but we managed to dine in the restaurant . . well, at least that’s it. When they took out the suitcases . . we were offered to wrap it in film for $ 5, saying that at the airport it would cost $ 10 . . let's go. As a result . . it cost $ 4 at the airport : ) but oh well . . we saved time...
