Convenient location for a walk! Central Street. We checked in early and were given a room that was very small and not at all comfortable. They changed it, free of charge, for a more normal one. The beach, its location and the sea are a solid 5+, the food is quite ordinary, but you definitely won’t be hungry. The fruits, except for apples and bananas, are almost all cut or spoiled (this is the first time I’ve seen this! ). The animators are really great! They cleaned it for 3*, but we left a tip once). Alcohol is not ice, like everything else in Egypt. In the room, I personally was cold, there was a draft, the air conditioner was at 21 degrees and it was noisy ((My surprise and disappointment was this: on December 29th we came to the room from the beach, took a shower and realized that there were no bathrobes (I called the reception twice, They answer me that you are leaving the day before (December 30 at 16.00), it was from them the day before (that’s why they took it away (now they are frozen and we have been waiting for more than an hour (robe! )), like they should bring it! Gentlemen, managers, do you think this is acceptable? ? ? ? We pay a lot of money to also beg for robes?!! ! ....
I’m not sure that I would want to return for that kind of money and with such an attitude!
