The tour started on 24.12. 2019, we flew happily without any problems, we were early at 11 am at the hotel. True, they put on bracelets and offered something to eat, pointing in an incomprehensible direction. Upon entering the hotel, we saw coffee, puffs, realized that we were probably late and were not particularly upset, because we didn’t really want to eat ...returning to the reception, we realized that they were not going to check us in until the indicated time ...after a little consultation, they put it in the passport 10 at. that is, they asked for a cozy room (we found out later that they had collected from 5 to 15 per room from our check-in), gave the key and also waved their hand, they say, go, look, you’ll like it, stay ...after reading negative reviews, they didn’t pretend to anything , agreed were on the bed and the balcony. I will not prevaricate: having entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised!

At the door, he began to ask for another chocolate bar ...for the children ...we sent him out because there really was no chocolate ...The cleaner promised to bring a bed at 13-00 ...knowing the Egyptian "hurriedness" did not wait, changed clothes and went to master territory. Guys, how beautiful! Turquoise lagoon...sunbeds all around...palm trees...beauty!
I must say that this hotel consists of 3 hotels, the most expensive is El Palacio, 4 * +, then Palma 4 * which affects the price (by the way, I recommend considering) and Meretto 3 * with a large water park, well, how big - 6 slides ...if I don't confuse...you can look through the satellite...so, after having dinner, you see plastic plates!! ! Wooden sticks for stirring sugar in tea, plastic cups!!!! ! And after tasting the local "cocktail" - 1 part of alcohol and 3 parts of water (! ) returned to the room, but there was no bed, after catching the cleaner they did not understand why not !! ! The cleaner started babbling about the surcharge and calls from reception. There was only one way out - to call the reception, since it takes a really long time to walk ...Button 1 on tel. in the room conversation in English, button 2 conversation in Russian! Here you say a claim, and then you give the phone to the cleaner ...there is no other way to agree with this handsome man ...he flew in and he ran and after 2 minutes the bed was!

What really surprised me was the first time I see such an attitude ...We treated everyone and happy went for a walk in the city ...
