Let me start by saying I want to go back! Liked and arranged absolutely everything.
Arrived around 23.00 fed, resettled immediately. The next day, the rooms were changed without any problems (the 3rd floor didn’t work), they offered to see if everything suits us beforehand, and this is all without any bribes))). Now in order:
The rooms are good, there are no complaints about the bathroom. One minus of the towels - if you came across white ones, then you can see that they have seen life, but these are trifles for me. all - let's move on.
The area is green, beautiful, clean.

Swimming pool, beach - there were always enough places, and again minus towels - often they were given unwashed, but simply dried. The beach, the sea - it's something, in complete delight. The lagoon and the spit are awesome. The sea is for every taste - both shallow and deeper and coral with fish. The bar on the pool and the beach - everything is fine, except for glasses, they are washed simply by rinsing under the tap, i. e. You can tell they don't wash. And the glasses are small. They always poured as much as they asked for, there were no problems at all. The beer was warm, but (((The bartenders are friendly.
Restaurant - of course, things are worse here, but I have nothing to compare with, in Egypt for the first time, so I evaluate it subjectively, but in comparison with Turkey, it is much worse. Variety of course, as many here wrote meager. But I agree - they did not go hungry. Here they wrote about dry chicken - I disagree - I ate chicken every day - a couple of times it was dryish, once spicy - the rest of the time it was delicious. Potatoes are so-so, rice and pasta are delicious, every evening something on the grill (chicken, meatballs, meat, squid, fish), fruits - dates, melon, watermelon, bananas, grapes, oranges, grapef rue). citrus fruits are often stale and weathered (minus that they are not served whole), the same trouble with vegetables, cucumbers are stale, tomatoes were even sour already, but this was not often. The waiters are super friendly and responsive - a huge hello to them Amr, Mustafa, Ayman, the guy with glasses serves cool beer (sorry forgot the name) - you are the best !!!!
After reading the reviews - I was "afraid" of the guide Yulia, but I saw her only 3 times without any problems, so I won't say anything bad about her.
We went on excursions with Mahmud, I didn’t even compare prices with the guide, after reading reviews - we were tuned only to Mahmud, and they didn’t lose, he and his whole team were smart, we liked everything - THANK YOU SO MUCH !!! ! So do not hesitate to take excursions from him and do not listen to anyone. You will not regret it.
Now the animation - everything is OK here too. The guys are great, they try hard and have fun. I remember Lyubasha and Adriano very much - you are super.
All souvenirs were bought in shops on the territory - the prices are good. For perfumes, oils, masks - go to the Ukrainian girls (the shop on the way to the "three" beach) are very pleasant to talk to and they have a lot of interesting things.
