Нехороший отель Bad hotel

A couple of days ago we returned from this "wonderful" hotel, there are a lot of impressions and mostly all negative ones. I'll start with the check-in, we arrived at 5 in the morning, asked tearfully to be settled in, because it took us a long time to get to our destination. They settled us within 40 minutes, did not pay extra, but what was our surprise when there were only photos of the rooms on the travel agency website and we were settled by something similar to an apartment. We really wanted to sleep so we stayed in this room. This room can only dream of cleanliness, the bathroom is dusty, dirty, a lot of hair from previous residents, and ants in the room walk on foot, in the bathroom, where the coffee set is, on the walls, on the balcony. A bed with some pink streaks, a feeling that maybe her and not me after previous guests. Towels are no longer white, TV shows 3 Russian channels, and then these are news channels.
The pools are absolutely dirty, the leaves are floating, there will soon be more sand at the bottom than on the beach. Towels that are given on the card on the beach are long overdue, torn, stained. But no, apparently the owner of the hotel does not think so. The kitchen is also a separate topic from the 7 days that we were there on the grill, there was not a single unburned dish, only coals. Everything is monotonous from day to day, the meat was always rubber, all 7 days drinks are poured into plastic cups, sorry, is this the level of a 5 * hotel ?? ? There is no sea at all, everyone splashes in this swamp, which is called the bay, there is no normal beach, it’s like it was a stretched 4 *, so it will remain, it doesn’t cost more than 13.000, it would be here a second time. Wouldn't come back for anything. . . Think well before you go to this hotel.
