We traveled with a group of three people in one room. When we settled, we were initially shoved into a tiny single (I can’t tell my friend otherwise) room in a cottage on the very back terrace with a view from the balcony (2x2 meters in size) to non-residential extensions !! ! They didn’t even manage to remove the whitewash from the mirrors and plumbing in the noser!! ! How can guests be accommodated there ?? ? We tried to call the reception - there are no places and they hang up. They thought probably three girls came for the first time... green fools. We asked a representative of TezTour. So quickly everything was resolved . . and the places were found! And the room is like for three people, not a barrack for one! And a balcony overlooking the "lagoon" - as it turned out, this is a view of the pools))))
The territory is huge. The pools are clean and comfortable. Chaise lounges comfortable wooden. There is enough space for everyone. In a year, the flower beds will be overgrown with flowers - it will be an excellent hotel. Palm trees and buds of flowers, for me personally, insufficient greenery.
Terrible service. Not debugged team and its work. Let managers do this, of course, but it still doesn’t pull 5 *. Eternal lines for towels, as they have to wait sometimes for 10 minutes. To clear the table, you must personally grab the waiter by the hand. What the hell are you asking? Do not succeed? So add more people! The hotel is not small!

In the x-ke of the hotel it says "drinks are served in glasses"))) smiled very much))) because they could have clarified what is in "plastic" glasses))))
I will not sin about food. Everything is very tasty and varied. I'm just not into side dishes and cereals. There was plenty of meat and vegetables. The waiters do not serve drinks (although this service was provided in three rubles) and you still have to stand in line for them. It seems that the team is still green and inept. They fuss, run somewhere, are late, sin against each other, confused by one word or, more specifically, out of place. As for me, the internship should not take place at 5 *, but at least at 3 * - the pace is calmer and there are fewer people.
Liked the number. Quiet air conditioner. TV with 2 Russian-language channels))) I really don’t know who watches it on vacation, but maybe it’s important for someone))) The air conditioner works quietly, I was pleased. Small refrigerator. Comfortable wooden furniture. On the balcony there is a plastic table and 2 plastic chairs.
For those who like to dance at night there is a disco. The music is really not very good, but you can click on the "DJ"))) this is one of the animators.
They also offer volleyball and gymnastics on the beach... but since everyone becomes "lazy" under the rays of the sun, there are practically no people who want to warm up.
I really liked the sea! The depth is great! The bottom is sandy! For fish lovers, if you take it to the left, there are corals near the rocky shore. But for corals and fish, you still need to go to Paradise Island.
Tennis - the first hour is free, the second is for a fee. We did not get there))) Billiards - 25 pounds 1 hour.
The drinks leave a lot to be desired. Beer. Beer. Beer. They don’t have juice, as I understand it by definition))) they pour some kind of Merchant fanta, which resembles “yupi” in color and taste (for those who still remember what it is))))
There is a separate exit from the back yard to the main street with shops. Very convenient to go out for souvenirs. But I advise Hurghada, there are shops with fixed prices and less hassle with sellers.

The hotel does not let you get bored. Everyone will find something to their liking! We had a great time! Had a wonderful rest. But the hotel is still pulling on 4 * - this is an estimate. Write. I will answer any questions.
