I am not a picky customer at all and I am not embarrassed by the lack of swans from towels, but there is a but. The hotel itself is not bad, large, but still bare territory. Good rooms, as for the bungalow in which we lived - it seems to me even more than in the main building.
But - the hotel was sold out and scored by 120%, of which 99% are Russians. Basically, I would say young people and mothers with children.
As for feeding - it is good for Egypt and the range of booze and drinks is also good. But juices and Coca-Cola actively bodyate with water. Mineral water runs out quickly, they don’t deliver on time, they shrug their shoulders at all requests for mineral water. In the restaurant, the waiters rarely come up, but if you call, they always bring everything. I want to note the constant queues for dishes at the buffet. I had to go to the very beginning of breakfast, lunch and dinner - in order to sit down and not wait for a place and not push - in Moscow this is enough in the metro.

Efficiency cannot be attributed to room service. The room was cleaned, the bed was made, the towels seemed to be changed. But again, on one of the days they didn’t put a single roll of toilet paper, when they went they asked at the reception (the time was 6 o’clock in the evening), they said right away and brought it at 2 am !!! ! long and importunately knocking on the door and FSUs woke up. Also, on the day of arrival, we were brought a fruit-compliment on the day of arrival, at half past one in the night, also actively hammering on the door.
As for the beach - it is really big, the entry into the sea is good - sand and some stones. There is no life. There are enough sun loungers, but I suspect that if you come to the beach only at 12-13, they may not be enough. There are no mattresses on them. The toilet and shower are already working, although sometimes there was no water. The bar is brought, but everything ends very quickly in it, especially for mineral water. They don't even think about picking up. It is not less than 500 meters to the beach, it’s not bad to walk, but in the heat it’s not very easy to walk. Buses run frequently.
I want to agree with the previous speakers that those who go looking for shortcomings will find them. Therefore, I do not recommend it to people who are used to being licked from head to toe. The hotel is rather not relaxed, but the struggle for survival. But our shortcomings did not soar much, because firstly we came for warmth, sea and sun, and secondly, only for 5 days.
