There was no cleaning service in the room. Only the hair in the bathroom was swept and the bed was made, and our footprints from the beach remained for 14 days. 12 days we did not change the bed! It was unpleasant, after all, 5 *, so we thought, watching how people sometimes slid through the restaurant through the dirty floor. When you sit down at the table where other people used to sit, they won’t remove the crumbs, but put a snow-white napkin and a fork on them, sometimes you had to run after them to put the cutlery, but it didn’t bother you much compared to what you always had to wait in a restaurant (always !!!!! ) for something, then there were no glasses, then the food itself was missing (it used to be waiting for 10 minutes with a plate on which everything was cold, since the air conditioning worked hard))), often there were no spoons and other utensils, like this sometimes while you look for everything in the restaurant and you already want to eat. If it happened 2-3 times - no one would pay attention to it, but it was at a regular dinner and after one lunch. It was a little stressful ((. I don’t recommend coming to the beginning of dinner, you can come somewhere at 20:30, at 21:00, but if you want to see a marathon in the direction of fruits, you can also go to the beginning)). People are literally running! ). Not enough fruit, food was ok - we didn't complain. They were not interested in animation, but they saw a crowd of people who had fun in the evenings near the bar with animation. And the kids were happy. Hookah on the territory for 2 USD or 10 pounds. I do not recommend buying something in stores that are near the hotel, it is very expensive there. They didn’t want to sell us a hookah for $40, but in the city they bought 2 for $50!
