1. Rooms standard HORRIBLE because of the view! You have to pay extra for a pool view right away. But even with pool view - music plays in the morning-lunch (those that are close).
2. Reception / check in - horror, the problem with the number was solved for 3.5 hours and frayed all the nerves!
